  I visited PNC Bank on Dempster in Skokie in August 2025. It was my first time there. My elderly parents had moved to IL and needed new checks. The bank manager Sergio met with us and was extremely patient and helpful. It was so refreshing in this time where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past.   My husband and I had an awesome experience working with Tabi The last 2 days. The customer service from everyone was so amazing and much needed after a very difficult and stressful situation. They were even super sweet to my kiddos waiting out in the lobby! Thank you Tabi!!!!
