I have been to pnc since long time am a regular customer of PNC but their is an Employee , Tariq he is giving hard time to me for deposits and withdrawals he is being soo rude not being professional .His customer service soo bad All staff members are soo good and polite but he is being rude everyime.

I have been a member of PNC Bank since 2008. Today was the first time I received inexcusable treatment. I came to this branch because they can print off new debit cards for you. I went to the teller and informed him of my need. He asked me to have a seat and that someone would be with me momentarily. A lady working in the bank came stood across the room in front of me and never said a word, not even welcome to PNC. I sat patiently as she spoke with another woman in the office she was standing next to. Then a man came in, and she greeted him immediately. He was here for the same reason I was. The teller at the counter looked at me, then back at the lady. She then asked me what I needed. I stated I am here the same reason he is. She stated, "I will help you as soon as I am done helping this gentleman." So I waited even longer. My problem is she looks directly at me after walking away from the teller, and I was not there for decoration... she never asked. It's just about professionalism, and she gets a BIG ZERO. I am thankful that I was able to walk into the branch and get a new debit card.

I can get 100-$-bills from Bank of America ATM’s very easily. Human PNC employees can’t give you larger amounts in 100’s. Super inconvenient.

Alina was phenomenal!! Made my experience top notch- very welcoming and extremely helpful. Needing help linking to my account and cashing a check. I don't want to go to another branch now! This is my go to spot now and I hope she's here when I come back!

Perhaps the best PNC branch there is. I went to the South Bend, IN branch to do pay off a credit line, sat there for over 30 minutes before they finally said they couldn't do it. Then I went to this Skokie branch later the same day, they did it no problem, less than 10 minutes in and out.Very nice, knowledgeable, competent employees - And they have nice chairs, even when you're at the teller! Top flight.

The banker/teller was literally rolling her eyes as I was telling my story as to why I needed help at a PNC branch.She was eager to help the next person in line who seemed to be a regular.They young lady who was walking around assisting people, was super helpful to everyone who walked in.She should be running the place, not that banker who prefers to turn away pnc banking customers.I’ll stick to my local PNC

Avoid this branch. Came in with a cashier’s check DRAWN from PNC and they wouldn’t cash it because I didn’t have an account. They told me because I was out of state they had “rules.” Okay. Drove all the way back to my home state of Indiana. They cashed it no problem and didn’t even take a % of it and it was a large sum.

Bank closes at 6pm. I showed up at 4:30 to open an account. I booked an appointment online and was the system asked me to wait. The teller on the other hand asked me to leave because “it’s too late in the day to see a banker”. Shortly after I left, I got a text from the automated system saying they are ready for my appointment to open an account.Also, while I was in line there, one of the tellers said loudly that there’s another branch in Skokie and that we can go there. I don’t think they are ready to work at this bank so I’m going to take my business to another company.
