I rushed to mail a register letter at 6:50 pm, which is before they closed. Was turned away and told the system goes down at 6:45 pm.
If the system is down 15 minutes before closing, why state you are opened until 7 pm. In addition the clerk closed and left the store at 6:57 as I was typing this review.
Just sad!!!! Poor customer service

Don't expect any form of customer service or correct information. Asked for the employees name or the manager name he just said "no" then he cursed at us. Idiot working there. Avoid at all costs. Don't know how they stay open. Ive also reported them to DHL.

Never wait in line at the post office again! In and out & Very Friendly!! I hate the post office - Not helpful & Long lines! Not here! Ship all of your items here to save TIME!

Always come here with return shipments and whatnot. They're always friendly and I've never had a problem. Convenient for distance!
