I ordered a replacement subwoofer for my surround sound system. Works perfectly and shipping was pretty fast. My only complaint is the lack of communication associated with shipping.

The Keurig Duo Pro takes a reusable copper mesh, the one ReallyTech shipped was used and had a spot of mold on it. Outstanding.

I ordered a Soundbar from Reallytech through Walmart. The product description stated that it had been refurbished. After attempting to return it, I reached out to Vizio to at least get it working. That’s where I found that the product was never refurbished. They shipped me a non working product and refuses to take it back. Avoid this company.

purchased electronic equipment from this company and it didn't work and had plug that didn't fit. Called company and no answer. Credit card company investigating. UPDATE: credit card company gave me full credit for merchandise. Said they were "unable to verify merchant".Beware

Purchased a 2.1 vizio soundbar system from ReallyTech via Walmart. The soundbar worked only for a few months.Reached out to Really tech and they offered zero help. The guy was rude and very nonchalant about my issue with item I bought from them.Basically saying eff me and the money I spent on the item. I WOULD NOT recommend these guys to anyone as they are not customer service oriented and did nothing to help remedy my situation as a paying customer.. My suggestion would be, spend the few extra dollars buying the item brand new via best buy. These guys are garbage.

Vizio V51-H6 36" V-Series 5.1 Home Theater Sound Bar from an online store that Real Tech did the refurbishment on and they do great work it arrived from them well packed and brand newooking with all cables and everything else in perfect condition. Works beautifully and the 5.1 surround sound is incredible. They great work and take much care in what they do and how they do it, that is obvious. Thank you.

Absolutely Disgusted - Purchased a $7 item on eBay. It's been 2 weeks and the Package still hasn't arrived. They even uploaded a fake tracking number so that eBay wouldn't penalize them for shipping late. I asked for a Refund of what is a small amount of money from a Company with 150,000 Feedback and had to open a claim against them, file a lost Mail Report with USPS (Something they would have done), and it's been 12 days since the Purchase. I understand USPS is running slow, but I ship 325 Items a week...Regardless this is 100% a Company you want to avoid.

This company refuses to pay for return shipping for defective items. I purchased a "reconditioned" logitech mouse from them. It did not work. When I contacted them for a refund, they said they would accept the refund, but they would not pay for return shipping. They advised me to read their company webpage regarding returns. I read the return policy. Nowhere does it stat that the customer must pay return shipping.

Bought two Radio Shack TV antennas from this company as new after a google search and was excited about the price and looked forward to their arrival. Today I rec'd the pgk. in excellent condition -- inside the two RS antennas boxed individually had both been ravaged by wild animals! Boxes torn up, parts all unwrapped, .. more than obviously used / abused and returned. ReallyTech never advised any indication that these were used product. I took the broken pieces from both boxes and was able to put together one working unit. Not worth trying to return or put myself through the frustration of dealing with this company in any way. They knew exactly what they sent and what they were getting away with. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Certainly I would never visit that site again and warn any potential purchasers to be prepared. I feel foolishly cheated.
