Worse customer svc.. the Spanish girl with all different hair color thinks she's the owner she just stands there folding cloth with the big line and all she does is laugh and said "that's how Ross are, this is how we work here" and is rude to customer who try to say anything..

For a cloth and apparel store this has only one operational fitting room with rest of them all closed. Worst part the manager says she can’t do anything about it.

I will never go to this store again . She is racist she greets to all customers ahead of me and when my turn comes she scan and asked me to pay and when I asked for extra bag she refused though I bought 3 items for 1 bag. Store- 1479 date 5/17/24 reg :8 time 5.23 pm

I was helped a month back by an associate names Alexis, I finally remembered to add in this review.The store was short staffed to no fault of the few employees this day working to keep everything together.She was working the register and the dressing rooms were closed at the moment as another associate was on break, so they didnt have anyone to keep an eye on the area.She did myself and a few other customers a solid and got the dressing rooms opened for us to try our items after speedily helping the other customers at the line waiting.Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.A1 Service!
