The first picture is the inspiration. The second two pictures are what I left the salon with. I wish they would’ve given me someone who knew how to do designs instead of this. And when I calmly expressed that it wasn’t what I wanted, the nail artist giggled. I also said something quietly at the front desk upon checking out, and they couldn’t have cared less. My cuticles are also done terribly. Yes, I still tipped her. Now I’ll have to go get this removed because I can’t look at it for 2 more weeks. A terrible waste of money. Very disappointed.

I used to love this salon but as they have gotten more popular the experience has really deteriorated unfortunately. I took my little girl here for a mother / daughter afternoon out and they kept us waiting for a really long time and when we finally did see someone she was really surly and did a poor job. Will be finding a new spot.

Had my eyebrows waxed here and they looked the exact same as when I came in. The wax isn’t tacky enough and didn’t remove enough of my excess hairs it looks really bad still. didn’t take the extra effort to pluck them even after the wax clearly didn’t work. They also had me waiting and forgot about me when one of the rooms was taken, however their was another room available.

I just moved to Skokie and I am disabled and everybody there is so kind to me and helps me when needed to get my nails done I appreciate them so much the front desk is very kind Kylie and Jimmy my nail tech is fabulous very sweet and does a great job wonderful people there

Lynn was the best nail artist that works here! she is up date on trends & does great work! I got a pedicure on this visit, she gives you exactly what you need within a reasonable time!

I had wonderful Angela do my nails and art today. I was a bit hesitant because it's a small thin design, but she did an amazing job. She carefully drew each line with care. I love it so much. 5 stars.

I was so embarrassed the water was burning hot for my pedicure when I arrived to my chair and the and the manager argued with me saying it wasn't embarrassed me in front all the customers like I was the problem I ended up in tears. Never would go back. Service really bad.

BEWARE BEWARE!! I got a dip manicure and when I told my tech I didn’t like the color he said I might like it after 3 coats when complete. When I expressed how I was still dissatisfied, the manager got herself involved and said they are not going to fix it, started YELLING at me in front of the salon making a scene and telling me I need to leave immediately while I had powder all over my hands. Manager said they are unwilling to fix my nails because the tech “worked hard.” Mind you - I was still willing to pay the tech because I acknowledge their time and effort! Regardless of my negative experience, I still paid for my service fully. No customer should EVER be spoken to in that disrespectful manner and screamed at or demanded to leave when they simply express they’re unsatisfied. Rude manager lacks basic communication skills. It’s an awful look on the business - take your money elsewhere unless you want to go to a salon that doesn’t put your preferences first

The technicians are kind but the manager is so rude and unprofessional. I would never come back here again do not support this business. She is so nasty and does not treat her customers well
