Unhelpful store what should be closed on Saturday. The guy on the front can’t process my online order saying I have to pay again the store manager Crystal Rainey can’t help too . Don’t waste your time on that location. ( The guy even don’t know how to cancel order cause he is part timer.) crazzzy

I had bought some paint right before a 40% off sale and Antonio and Dan were able to help me get an adjustment as I originally bought it at 10% off and were knowledgeable about the specific type of paint needed for my project. Super wonderful experience at this location!

Only came here because I needed a patch match for my clients walls. Told buddy behind the counter I needed eggshell, he ended up mixing me satin and tried telling me satin is the same as eggshell. Shake my head, Sherwin Williams is a joke. Wasted my time, this is why I go to Benjamin Moore.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE where i was treated like im a ghost and they can't see me. Me and my husband stood in the store for a good 15 mins and we were not even acknowledged by the staff who were toooooo busy helping 1 customer who probably was making a big order so he was getting all the attention, i dont blame him.
Me and my husband stood waiting and they did not even have the courtesy to say we will be with you or do you need any help. They did not even look at us. I am not going there again. Corporate should look into this.
I had to give a star to write a review thats why i gave it otherwise i would not even bother.

Employees were attentive and helpful. Far better paint shopping experience than Lowe's or Home Depot where you have to spend 20 minutes waiting for someone to help you in the paint department. Will shop here again.

I needed a gallon of paint to be color-matched late in the day on a Thursday and the manager could not have been more helpful, polite, or friendly. I only wish I had gotten her name. The next time I need paint, I will be back!
