Even though I love international grocers and markets, this place turned me way off. The store itself is all nicely remodeled but not clean at all. The smell inside the store was so putrid and repulsive that I had to quickly leave. However that was not before I saw the tank of fish they sell that was not only grossly over crowded and stuffed inhumanly with fish, but at least 1/3 of the fish were dead and floating on the top. Not exactly what I want to purchase for my dinner. I could not leave this market fast enough. And soon made a call to the village health department.

I’m so excited after my friends told me about this place. Visited last Sunday and never disappointed! Yes there are more like Asian stuffs but I’m okay with it. The price is good, the product line is various. They have a lot of discounts and promotions going on now. The place is clean, cashiers are friendly and helpful. Recommend!

I was smiling throughout the store. The wayfinding is a little rough, but the selection of everything is amazing! There were certain foods I have been wanting to make from online videos but couldn't find the ingredients in the US. Now I have a selection. The ambiance is a bit mixed. Cardboard boxes cut open to show you food in some places, shelved items in others. The fact they have the freshest fish right there in the store still swimming around makes an impact. I went here because another reviewer took a picture of the sriracha I was looking for and found it, but ended up buying a lot more. I will definitely be back.

I really like this place. It has many diverified and good asian ingredients, tea and snacks. The restroom is clean. The staff are very friendly and cashier reminded me to change my shopping item because she saw it is damaged. This is one of the best Asian supermarket I found that near me.

Great Asian market that is conveniently close to Downtown Skokie and a short drive west from Evanston. This place offers a great selection of various Asian products to choose from. I highly recommend coming here.

Technically a Chinese grocery store IS international, so its name isn't lying, per se, but you'll be disappointed if you were expecting goods from all over the world. They have a large selection of Chinese products otherwise, with Korean offerings, Indian, then Japanese, descending order for selection. They have some Spanish style sardines as well, but they would be better off naming the place "Skokie Chinese Market with Some East Asian Stuff (and Indian Too (Don't Forget us Spanish Sardines)!)". We were hoping for more items from around the world, so we were disappointed. The layout is overall fine, although the shelves along the entrance wall were dead ends. If they get a contract deal to shoot a horror movie where the protagonists get cornered, this is a perfect set.The radio was really weird too. There was a very political radio channel playing, swear words and all, before it blasted K-pop, then an old school love song, then a modern one. I think that radio was having an identity crisis. If you need Chinese products, come here, but if you really wanted international, I'd look somewhere else.

A nice addition to the area. Think of it as an H-mart lite, bigger than some of the smaller Asian grocers around and has the selection of the mega ones (at least for the staples I was looking for - noodles, frozen XLB, veggies, chili oil, rice etc) just doesn't have the food stalls or the selection of prepared foods. Well stocked with competitive prices.

This is not an "international" market. It's an Asian market. Everything you need Asian you will find here. If you're local it beats driving all the way to Hmart. Pretty average price but some deals. Their instant ramen and noodle selection is insane. It would probably take you a year to try them all. They had live tilapia for people who really like fresh fish.

I was super excited for this place to open but was let down very fast. Produce section is horrible. There were friends and vegetables molding and sitting on the shelves. Things weren’t clean at all. They have a big selection on Asian groceries which was nice. The live seafood didn’t smell good, eggs were past their expiry date. Meat didn’t look fresh. I was hoping to walk out with a decent amount of stuff but I walked out with absolutely nothing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here! So sad I wish it would have been better.
