This was a great way to try out a bunch of mattresses we saw on TV ads. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful as we made our selection, and when there was a minor hangup with the delivery, he stepped up and went out of his way to make it right. Highly recommend!

My bed is from another location where I didn't have the best experience but stopped in to see Carmen and Mary looking for a pillow. I'd tried a pillow a few years ago but just not to my liking. What a team! They were the kindest, most lovely duo. I tried all the pillows, even the ones I didn't want to try because they were so nice. They were incredibly honest, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I seriously would go back just to say hi again and thank them.

Great hospitality from Mary and Manager Carmen. They took time and explained the explained Dual Temp and took time. I am disappointed that they will not get credit for this sale. I had to buy online to get better price . Store price was higher by $200.00 .

Great experience here! The owner showed me my old hybrid battery, explained everything clearly, and even has a very organized workspace with lots of batteries. He gave me a written 1-year warranty, and after the replacement my car runs perfectly again — the hybrid light is gone and the distance-to-empty works. Honest service and good customer care!

Carmen and his team were Great at ensuring we were fitted with the right mattress and were very patient with us. They did a great job of not trying to upsell but instead they right sold us what on we needed. Great experience!

I recently purchased a Sleep Number bed at Old Or hard in Skokie. Miguel helped me pick putt the bed that was right for me. He was well informed and very helpful. After I left the store I called back with several questions and requests for quotes. Miguel was happy to help. I’ve had the bed for a few days and he called to see how I was liking the bed. That was very considerate. The service is really excellent.

I had an absolutely incredible experience! Carmen is the best! It was extremely easy making my mattress decision due to how knowledgeable Carmen was. Also the staff at this location are very personable, making it easier for me to have confidence in the decision I ended up making. Highly recommend!
