Transferred me to a voicemail. Then called back, second agent hung up on me midway. 3rd agent was hard to understand and didn't listen. I wanted to update an order and they kept telling me what my future ship date was, so basically ignoring what I said.

No support on replacement lighting parts-- you are better to purchase disposable look alike product knock offs than expect help for their top of line products!

Bought 3 pendant lights that I love but could only get 1 to work. After a lot of trouble shooting at home without success, Tech Lighting fixed the fixtures for me (instead of having to return and try again with new fixtures) and now I’m a very very happy customer with 3 pendant lights that all work!!!! They also gave me new replacement bulbs. Great service in Skokie - went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will be buying more fixtures in the future from Tech Lighting!

Beautifully designed lights just aren’t long lasting and most electricians can’t install them. I hired one of the top electricians in my area and he explained to me all the problems tech lights. We spent $1000 on lights only to return them. Designed beautifully just don’t work well.
