Employees did not honor the Tiffany promise to resize authentic Tiffany's ring purchased by my grandfather for my since passed grandmother. I proposed to my fiancee with it but the employees refused to resize it. They said I needed the receipt?! I'm supposed to be holding on to a receipt from 1962?! I even had the original box and the ring has the original stamp. To make matters worse, the employee tried to refer me to her friend for a private, not-Tiffany affiliated appraisal. Very dishonest!

Ran in to get a quick Christmas gift for the family. The Peretti heart keychain. $85Nice to have it wrapped so beautifully, was happy it wouldn't need anything more than to place the gift under the tree.Interior is beautiful and they have a little sitting area so others can chill or rest while you are taking care of business.Almost managed to escape but got distracted by the beautiful single pearl silver hardware bracelet that was being displayed. I have the matching earrings. Had not seen the bracelet before. So beautiful.Jane did a fantastic job of customer care and service. She saw my ring and offered to have it cleaned, and someone brought it back to me in five minutes. She informed me that the bracelet would go up in price $100 in January to help my deliberations; she had me try it on to get the right size (didn't even know I was a medium until I tried it on) etc.Took tremendous discipline to walk out -- just made a mental note: but I have a birthday in January...It's always so much better to be able to be able to try things on in the store.

Absolutely delightful. Everyone was extremely friendly. D. Fountain cleaned both my bracelets in under 10 mins and Emily was a peach! Thank you Tiffany team, your warm welcomes and excellent customer service goes a long way!

Initially, we had a woman who was a bit short with us and a bit rude. The Director Marty stepped in, and he was fantastic the epitome of class and professionalism and the epitome of Tiffany.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I requested my necklace to be cleaned. They refused to clean the chain because they said it wasn't "theirs." They also said my chain looked broken. Your associates insisted I buy a new chain and take home some jewelry cleaner. I requested they return my necklace to me because I felt so insulted and criticized by two of your associates. I will never spend a dime with Tiffany & CO after this experience. My fiancé and I planned on buying your together forever wedding band set next month, that will never happen after being treated so poorly today.

Although I've been to the Oakbrook and the Michigan Avenue locations my preferred store is Skokie. Recently I've had the pleasure of having the store manager Debra assist me and WOW she did not disappoint because she embodies every aspect of the legendary service of Tiffany & Company. Tiffany & Company is the most prestigious jewelry store that I've purchase jewelry from. I have several Tiffany bracelets, necklaces and rings. Debra is one of a kind, the other locations don't have anyone who can match her extraordinary service at Skokie, she makes your shopping experience truly enjoyable so much that you feel like you are a Queen in that moment. She is the reason why I will continue to shop at this location. Thank you Debra for everything????

Terrible customer service. We had gotten an 18k yellow gold band Tiffany & Co ring. We resold the exact ring, the customer brought the ring to the Tiffany store and the employees said it was a fake. When we called to ask why it was a fake when we got it from the Tiffany & Co store; the employee then said he was not involved and then said he won't confirm or deny anything. He refused to help. We got yelled at on the phone and hung up on. Never working with or buying from here again.

My husband gifted me a beautiful necklace for a special birthday (online order), but it was a little too similar to another piece I already owned. We just decided to return at this location and shop for something different while at the store. The sales rep taking in the return said we needed to come back to the location with the blue paper gift box for return, despite the fact that we brought the necklace and the actual velvet jewelry box it came in with, which my husband had put in another gift box and wrapped for me. Her reasoning was that it's like "when you buy/return shoes, you need to bring shoe box." Had to go back home only to find the paper box in recycling, so I emptied out my own from previous purchase and drove over there the following day. For $3000 diamond necklace (Schlumberger® Lynn pendant diamond platinum), this service felt extremely cheap. Cheaper than any other shopping experience I've ever had. Needless to say, we did NOT shop for another jewelry there, not when we were there the first day, not when we drove back. It soured the excitement of special bday gift and holidays. Will never return to Tiffany. There are enough unique, local/etsy places to support, with better customer service.

Poor customer service. Went to go lengthen a necklace that I had got for my mother. No one approached us until one of the sales people told us to go push the button for customer service. We gladly did, however the person at the customer service desk was very rude. Won’t come to this Tiffany location ever again.

I went to this Tiffany and Co location to purchase a necklace for my mother for Christmas this year.We were nicely greeted by the staff. I went towards the original jewelry section and I looked for the necklace I wanted. (the picture below)A worker named AKIRA said the below item wasn't in stock at the location today. Yet, Akira "searched every cabinet and couldn'tfind the necklace." however, online, it said itwas IN-STOCK.I found that very interesting… She even looked online and said it’s “OUT- OF- STOCK” when it clearly wasn't. Her staff members were confused too when she said “ it’s OUT- OF- STOCK” AKIRA even tried to have me purchase something I didn't want. She went on about the item I didn't want for about 3 minutes, until I said “NO THANK YOU, I’M GOOD” really loud.No customer should go through this! Hopefully, the staff members learn to be sweeter to us minorities :)

I took a bracelet a necklace and a ring in to get cleaned tell me why all of my jewelry looks worse now! All my jewelry have scuff marks in the silver and my charm on the bracelet is now bent. This “cleaning” process took 3 days!
