Lorena greeted me promptly and immediately processed my coin counting transaction without any fussing (past experiences at other banks are like the ice cream machines at McDees if u know what I mean) Lorena had a friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire visit, and the transaction was smooth and efficient. Her colleagues are friendly as well. Keep up the great work! Kudos to a great team.

Lorena has been helping my father for more than 16 years at this branch. She has taken excellent care of him as both a client and a human being. She takes her time to understand his needs and is exceptionally patient explaining things that are sometimes difficult for him to grasp. I am very grateful that my dad has Lorena on his side at U.S Bank. She is a gem for U.S Bank and a wonderful human being. The world needs more people like her. Lorena always provides exemplary customer service and goes that extra mile to accommodate her customers with whatever their needs might be. I highly recommend US Bank, and especially the branch in Skokie on Golf for all of your banking needs. They will never steer you wrong and will always guide you towards the best banking platforms for your particular scenario. Stop by sometime and ask for Lorena. You'll be glad you did!

Horrible service. They don’t return calls or emails tried in person that was not better. Not sure what else to say. Going to try a different branch and if not better then switching to a different bank! Sick of poor customer service.

I always have the best experience walking into this US Bank. Tellers are always so kind and friendly, especially Alina and Lorena they are so nice and always considerate and take care of my needs. I will go out of my way to visit this branch.

There were only two RUDE women working at the 4450 Golf Rd in Skokie US bank, totally ignoring my question if there is another banker to help after me waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby. Like I wasn't even there. Very rude and unprofessional! Certainly not going there again! Shame for US bank to have such awful employees.

A joke. The Branch Manager Richard "forgot" to give me cash back of $50.00, today. I guess two transactions were too taxing for his "brain" If I would have driven away, he would have been $50.00 richer. and I would have had no recourse. Know when to hold "em". Reading a negative review from 3yrs ago about the customer service and management is a JOKE the branch manager has no skills in customer service very rude and uneducated . Just a little quick insight you make a deposit of the same payroll checks week after week and you come to this location the branch manager loves to place 10 day hold without a notice and last time I complained he tells me I release your funds as a courtesy wait what! I didn't have the time to argue with a kid this place has no customer service needs retraining just sad and will continue to make sure this won't happen again I will get Corp involved that's a promise
