DO NOT COME HERE. Insane. That’s one word to describe the management and employment at this post office. Earlier, I was dropping off two packages and this African American lady was insufferable. She gave me the worst attitude, yelled at me more than 3 times in front of EVERYBODY. She yelled at me for taping it bad?? What?? She also told me to get in line and re do the tape (it wasn’t bad) and then she yelled at me again for not coming up to the table? Make up your mind. This isn’t the only bad review on this lady and clearly this business doesn’t care about it. Don’t come here if you have a brain. Wish I could give it negative 100 stars.

8:30 AM their mail box in front was overflowing. We wanted to put our tax bill in it, but other people's mail was literally sticking out. Sadly, anyone could reach in and steal.

Went by for a passport service and found myself not carrying debit card or enough cash on me. The staff went above and beyond to assist with it and saved me a trip! Special shout out to Arnold! Great guy with excellent sense of humor! Friendly girls at the desk. I could see the camaraderie amongst the staff at the back and that certainly translates into keeping customers happy. Highly recommend this location.

The service is terrible, the parcels take a very long time to arrive, I needed to deliver an important document, it has been delivered for a week, but it is still standing at the branch and has not left. This is the worst post office in the whole world. It would be better if you were not in this world at all

I stopped by this post office to get help with a simple tracking request, and the employee I interacted with was shockingly dismissive. While I was waiting, she was more focused on her phone and personal appearance (adjusting her wig) than helping customers. When I politely asked for assistance, she gave me a nasty attitude and refused to check the tracking status—something that should take seconds.
It’s disappointing to see such poor service, especially when other USPS locations manage to be efficient and courteous. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue at this branch. Management needs to address this lack of basic customer service skills. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and reporting this interaction to USPS customer service.

I visited this location today and received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I simply asked an African American employee (wearing a wig) to check the status of a tracking number, and instead of helping, she gave me attitude, played with her hair, and refused to assist. There was no professionalism or willingness to do her job.
Reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue—many have faced rude, unhelpful staff here. USPS needs to retrain or replace employees who can’t provide basic customer service. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with USPS headquarters because this was completely unacceptable.

Staff is not so helpful as my first time went there also my first time sending package via usps as well. I ask I want to send this package... instead she need to instruct me she just looking my face by giving a weird look. People who don't know about sending packages they won't help you

Utterly useless, incompetent, and rude. They know they can jerk people around for something as simple as mailing a letter because there's no accountability. The girl behind the counter couldn't be bothered taking off her headphones to listen to simple questions or give simple answers. If I can't do something as simple as posting a letter because of unprofessional and immature employees, that is a serious problem. Their employees should be getting communication lessons instead of being in customer facing roles for their absolutely rancid behavior.
