I wish this store was closer to my house. My husband and I were in this area because my mom lives over here.
WE LOVEEEEE MARJI C! She’s the bees knees!
My family and I were so so lucky that Marg was free and the one to assist us from switching over from TMobile (though everyone in this location was busting their butt the entire time, very busy and very efficient and everyone helped everyone - great team work we witnessed today)
Marj is so smart. No idea how she knows so many things but damn does she.
She is so friendly and fun, warm and welcoming, she is so amazing.
We have rarely had a positive phone/phone plan experience but Marj made it the EASIEST and LEAST STRESSFUL process ever.
My husband and I will be coming out of our way to purchase and work with Marj.
Marj ensured we had nothing but a smooth sailing experience with switching to Verizon and upgrading phones.
She was not pushy or itching to make a sale - she genuinely wanted the best for us and worked for hours to verify everything was complete and correct.
It is so rare to come across people like Marj.

I needed to upgrade my phone and Marji greeted me in the store and answered all the questions I asked. I told her I wanted to consider my options and that I would get back to her in the near future. She said that she fully understood that and she engaged in no high-pressure tactics to try to get me to make a purchase immediately. Within a few days, I had decided which option was best for me and I scheduled an appointment with her.
When I returned, I asked several follow-up questions and then proceeded to buy a new phone and appropriate accessories.
Throughout the process, Marji was extremely friendly, patient, informative and professional.
5 stars for her!

Jake was amazing! My phone broke, and he helped activate a backup phone and transfer the data! I also had a watch at home for a year I was not using. He was able to activate and pair the watch as well. He found $36 of monthly savings on my account, and I was able to get YouTube premium instead which was awesome! Very helpful because I use YouTube alot. 5/5!

Yesterday, I visited the Verizon store, and I was beyond impressed with the service. Numan went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly polite, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain things clearly. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Numan made my experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for such outstanding support!

As soon as I entered the store there were two white gentlemen who seemed to be available and no other customers in the store. I am an outgoing person so when I wasn't greeted I said hello to all myself. I walked up to the desk where both were stationed and neither of them acknowledged me or what I might be there for, instead they cast me off to a team member to the left of the desk in the front. This team member (a young hispanic man) was exceptional, polite, and diligent that I received exactly what I wanted. I am glad for his assistance, the other two not so much

I called the Skokie Verizon store to service a business account, and I had an outstanding experience. The gentleman who assisted me, Johnathan, was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through a task that would normally require an in-person visit. His professionalism and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free.
If more people in the service industry had Johnathan’s level of dedication, every customer experience would be just as pleasant as mine. It’s great to see that this store truly values its customers and goes the extra mile to assist them.

I have a phone upgrade. Jake helped with the completion of the upgrade. His knowledge is amazing. I am impressed by his warmth and assistance. I definitely recommend him or Yassar!
My WhatsApp messages were stuck on my old phone and the screen was broken. Jake was able to use an accessibility setting to zoom-in/navigate the phone and we were able to recover my messages! I'm a happy camper!

Jake Pekovic knows his stuff!! He is amazing. He is very patient, is incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. He was able to bundle us up with a ton of new streaming services and we learned so much in the process! Forget Jake from State Farm! You should do ads for Jake from Verizon!!! Thank you Jake.

My favorite Verizon store ever! All of the employees and very kind and knowledgable. There’s also enough of them so my wait time is usually little to none! I worked with Jake today and he helped the best he could!
