Awful pharmacy. You'll call for a routine refill and be told it'll be ready within half an hour. You'll go later, 3-4 hours later to account for them being busy and be told it's not ready yet come back later. Why tell people their prescription will be ready in 30 minutes if you're so busy it takes an entire shift to have it ready?

Coming from the city I thought Walgreens (especially the pharmacy dept) couldn’t get any worse! Boy was I wrong! The Walgreens employees are fairly friendly at this location but the pharmacy on the other hand is a MESS!! There is ALWAYS an issue when I’m trying to get my refills. Placed on hold for such a long time to then hung up on EVERYTIME!! It seems like everyone including the pharmacist most days have a HORRIBLE attitude. Just got hung up by pharmacy technician named Giselle after being hung up the first time then on hold for almost 30 mins to not be greeted placed back on hold without being told I was going to be, and then get her yuck attitude as she’s trying to find my prescription. Then as I’m trying to thank her she hangs up! RUDE!. Need they forget they work WITH PEOPLE!! And if they are just as miserable as they sound they should find a Job where they don’t have ANY interaction with humans. I get having an off day but this is legit everytime. They clearly need better training on customer service.
Do better Walgreens Pharmacy.

Recently dropped in to buy something urgently. The staff was professional and friendly when I needed help. In order to get the item for the price they advertised in the store, I needed a coupon (worth $10). They guided me to get my item online; I ended up grabbing it as same day pick-up for an extra $2 cheaper, and it was ready within 5 mins. Overall a pleasant experience.
Haven’t had an experience with their pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. Absolute joke. Building isn’t that old but the drive through never works. They could block off the driveway when it’s not working but they instead put a sign on the window which you can only see after driving up to the window. Inside service is just as bad. Always slow. Always understaffed. Refill “system” is not really a working system by any normal definition. Terrible experience every single time. If you like waiting in line for an hour by all means use this pharmacy.

If it were possible to give a negative star, I would. When a prescription needs to be refilled, they don't even let you know. They say they fax a request but neither of my Doctor's have ever received one from them. If you don't call to check on the status of your medicine, they never let you know so you can call the Doctor on your own. Is this all Walgreens or just this particular one?

If only there were zero stars, what a total nightmare. Go elsewhere!!!!!Required to fill a prescription for a life-saving emergency medication. They were able to partially fulfill it for a single day and asked for us to come back at a certain time the next day which we did and then asked us to come back six hours later, which we did and then asked us to come back the next day which we did and then asked us to come back again in the afternoon, which we did and then told us it would be filled in 20 minutes, which is now an hour and a half half and we still don’t have it. I’ve never seen such incompetence anywhere.

Don't try and call them, you will wait endlessly as they hang up phone on you multiple times. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always the absolute worst. 7 years of what is a ring of hell.
I’m stuck here because it’s the only suburban Walgreens that takes a discount card I use.
I would also like to speak directly to the pharmacist I just spoke to.
Same day does not have options to click.
Same day delivery is same day. That’s cute you want to tell me I changed it to weds.
I have zero control over selecting a date. Same day means same day and it’s ridiculous you just tried to once again make the millions of issues at your store my fault.
The fact that instead of admitting you guys messed up you tell me I selected same day shipping for 72 hours from now?
Like just once I would love to come here without a problem.
Absolutely insane.
Day 2. Last night was told medication would be sent off with door dash first thing this morning. It is now 5:13 and not only do I still not have the medication but I have spent 3 hours trying to get them on the phone.
If I was not sick I would go in but I’m sick so I need to use delivery!!

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Routinely loses prescriptions resulting in multiple calls to the doctor to clear up. I now drive past this one and go to one 15 minutes further away. The pharmacy in particular seems clueless.

All I will say this Walgreens pharmacy is super busy and will have you waiting for a while in line. So I recommend ANOTHER PHARMACY LOCATION . Dont come here if you’re looking to be in and out quick for the pharmacy department.

0 stars. They did not give my daughter enough in her prescription and she ran out 2 doses earlier and it was a complete hassle to get it fixed. I will never go to this Walgreens again.

Last night I had to go to immediate care. They called in a prescription to this Walgreens for me. When I got there, the pharmacy was on dinner break. There was this lovely staff member who is very professional and explained to me that they would be back by 7:15 PM. When I returned there was a long line waiting for the pharmacy to reopen. My first thought was, "oh no I have to wait and i'm not feeling well". What was amazing to me is the staff went into customer service mode and got that line moving so fast and getting people on their way, all with friendliness. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time. My sincere, thanks to the staff for being so wonderful and getting me on my way.
