Weber Leisure Center is a state-of-the-art, full-service recreation center in Skokie, easy to find off Church and Gross Point Road with a large parking lot. The facility houses a full-service gymnasium with basketball, volleyball, and indoor soccer courts, a terrific walking track for inclement weather, and is connected to the Skatium Ice Arena. It offers a decent variety of gym equipment in good shape, a sauna, and several group exercise studios. The center provides a variety of summer and winter programs for people of all ages, including early childhood and youth programs, beginner indoor pickleball, and skating, which is noted as cheap and fantastic. Receptionists are kind, helpful, and friendly. While the gym can attract crowds of obnoxious teenage boys, the center remains a popular community spot for fitness, open gym, and organized activities.
