Customer service has improved a lot, there maybe some misunderstandings but they're able to resolve the issue. NP Cathy is one of the best, she explains everything and very approachable too...If I can give Cathy 10 stars I would love to give it to her...To all of you at Oakton Health Center thank you for your service

I've been in situation when I've been in pain. I called and within next 3 hours I've been checked & diagnosed. I was successfully treated. In similar emergency my wife was needed a few tests - it's been done in the office same day.Stuff and medical personal very polite, professional, knowledgeable. Office and labs clean (all stuff and patients wearing masks), well organized. It is very easy to reach office by phone and to hear in response human voice so we are very satisfied with Oakton Health Center service.

If i could i would give under 1 star! I had an accident ! The doctor was healing one thing, wrote me a prescription, and later on her report wrote completely false information. Give me a referral for surgery took my blood work and cardiograma for surgery, and later wrote as well i never had surgery! The manager and owner was apologizing and did nothing! So do his false doctors! Good luck working with them. One year later he still promising to correct his mistakes!

Made an appointment - I showed up, then they told me they only take cash. That's an annoying way to try and save a few dollars, but whatever. After getting cash and coming back they tell me that the doctor is not there after all. The online reservations you make also aren't connected with their office, so they really have no idea what is going on. Basically they seem completely incompetent.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This place is horrible the front desk people are really bad customer service. Nurses are ok except Nichole she is awesome and Dr. Paz too. Idk how they handle there patients. I feel like if your not the same race as them they don't treat you with respect. For example my mom who is 78 years old just got knee surgery and was sitting on there chair and the nurse called her name to come in. My mom had a hard time getting up I tried to help her but I couldn't do it my self and the nurse clearly sees me struggling helping my mom get up the nurse just stares and doesn't even offer to help. Another patient that was waiting got up and helped us. After we got up we told the nurse sorry we took so long my mom had a hard time getting up she told me I could of helped you. Really I can't believe she said that . Also when we have an appointment scheduled for a certain time we always wait in the waiting room 45 mins pass our scheduled time. I understand they could be busy but not all the time we go there for my moms visit. This place is ridiculous.
