My daughter had a great time and really enjoyed going to class. She learned a lot and her self-confidence has greatly improved. She’s very excited to continue her time in KMA.The instructors were very kind and patient whit the children, I really recommend KMA sleepy hollow

Training with my son at KMA Sleepy Hollow has been an absolute pleasure, the hard work and growth that I have seen out of my son was worth the time training together from white belt to black belt. So many amazing memories gained and lots of amazing lessons we learned while training at KMA Sleepy Hollow.

At KMA Sleepy Hollow, we train kids, adults, and families in the art of Kyuki-Do. Kyuki-Do is a blend of Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Hapkido that was created in 1967 by Grand Master Ok Hyung Kim. Blended together, these martial arts create a great foundation for teaching confidence, self defense, discipline, and fitness.
Our martial arts programs are great for children as young as 3 years old. It is never too early for kids to start learning the core values of Kyuki-Do, including respect and integrity, while also learning the practical techniques and knowledge needed to defend and protect themselves in any situation.
