For being the ONLY gas station within a 10-15 miles radius of other stations you would think gas would be available 24/7. ESPECIALLY being PRE PAY ONLY! If you’re going to be a pre pay only gas station yall need to be open 24/7.

Closes too early on the weekends, get some further help if you need it, should be open until Midnight because there is plenty of activity going on until then in Smithton. Food is barely average at this facility at best. Pizza tastes like cardboard and other options are hard to come by. The staff could care less in my opinion and do NOT go here early AM if you want donuts and every time I go in the morning half the lights are off and whoever is at register isn’t even up and running for business on full. It’s always doom and gloom in the early hours.overall this place is less than average at best. Even the run down Circle K’s have better enthusiasm than this place. Definitely not up to par with a lot of Casey’s I’ve been in and I’ve been coming here since it opened but not anymore. You all need to up your game, get on board and get some staff that cares and takes pride, and get off their phones and quit complaining about the job in front of customers. Thank God Flying J down the road 15 minutes away gets it. Do not recommend this store at all.

So me and my family order pizza for dinner. We ordered a bacon breakfast pizza no sausage or other meats besides bacon. We pick up the pizza and it is overload with sausage and barely any bacon. And the workers are constantly cussing up a storm about anything they can think of.

I came in for pizza from the warmer today around 1pm, but there was nothing in the warmer at all for pizza. There were only a couple items in one of the two warmers. The woman in the back was sitting on the phone while making burgers. She was holding her personal cell phone to her ear with food gloves on and talking very loudly. I think this is unsanitary, at the very least, she should have been using a headset if her phone conversation was so important that she needed to be holding it while making food for public purchase. Germs are a thing and for a kitchen employee to be holding their own personal cell phone (that I highly doubt is being properly sanitized) with the same food gloves that they're preparing food with is disgusting. I asked the guy at the counter to make something for me as I was too grossed out for the woman to make me anything.

I've been to the Smithton location dozens of times. Usually standard stuff, middling at best. I don't know who the guy was in the kitchen today, but he was talking on his phone, loudly dropping F-bombs like he was getting a bonus. Refused to acknowledge I was there. I had ordered 2 pizzas for 11:30 AM. When I walked in right at 11:30, one was done and just sitting at the end of the oven conveyor. He had not even put my second pizza in. He continued swearing loudly as another customer walked up to inquire about his order. The guy snapped "How should I know, who are you?" After I finally got my pizzas, I mentioned to the manager at the register that the kitchen guy is really something. The manager just said "I know." Not even a cursory apology. I think I'm done with Smithton Casey's. I'll just stop in Millstat.

Older gentleman working at this location at 0530 am. I walked in to use the restroom as I have a long route working for Amazon and I was out of gas. When I went to go outside he opened the door and told me OUT. He continued to ask me if I saw any lights on and that he didn’t want me in there walking around. I told him the door was open sir and apologized. Very very rude man!!

I got charged $3.18 for two frozen drinks and the lady at the register want d to argue with me about it not being .89 cents anymore. I don't understand why everybody at this Casey's thinks they can be rude and argue with customers. This is by far the worst Casey's I've been

One of the worst Casey’s. There’s never any food in the warmers and if there is it’s expired. Cooks refuse to make food for customers and are extremely rude. The place is a mess.

It was the middle of the day and half the food looked old. Like it had all been sitting out for a long time. Everything was brown and wilted. The Italian wrap I got was all black olives. That's all I could taste!The pizza was the only good thing.
