I had an internation package that was stuck in a loop between STL and O'fallon USPS. It was shipped back and forth 9 different times until the New Athens Postmaster put a hold on the package and picked it up herself. She went up and beyond!”

As of December 2025, their hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm, but CLOSED FOR LUNCH from 12:25pm - 1:15pm.
Saturday they are only open from 9:00am - 12:00 noon.”
