The day I called to look at a storage unit, I explained I would need the unit within 2-3 days. That same day, after looking at units and deciding on the one I needed, I was handed a lock & key!! He was so generous and kind and I’ve never seen such well built storage units!! Very professionally done!! Highly recommend!!

We need storage space for a few weeks each year to collect items for our annual Yard Sale fundraising event. This was the best experience with a storage facility we have had. Two Twins Storage in Smithton IL was beyond helpful and accommodating. The units are well managed, clean and secure. We were able to pull right up to our storage unit with a box truck for easy loading. The entire process was easy and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very easy and simple process with 24/7 access. I had one minor issue where I left without putting the lock back on. One simple call had that all taken care of for me. Price is fair and competitive with other area storage facilities. Everything is new and in great working condition. I highly recommend for those in need of extra storage.

Neil runs a world-class operation and is extremely easy to work with if you have any questions about your unit. They just recently renovated their storage units and added some additional larger 10 x 10 storage units based on customer requests over the past year.

I NEVER NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR HONESTY AND SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY HAVE PROVEN TO ME THAT THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND A LONG TERM BUSINESS. A PRIME EXAMPLE IS THE USE OF MANY CAMERAS TO ENSURE THE STORAGE FACILITY AND CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS ARE SECURE. I ALSO LIKE HOW THEY HAVE DESIGNED THE FACILITY TO MAKE IT EASY TO USE AND GET LARGE ITEMS IN AND OUT OF THE STORAGE UNITS. THEY HAVE EARNED THIS 5 STAR REVIEW!
