“I want to thank SHR for taking in my 1968 Buick. Peter is a great guy who delivered on everything that was done. They had no issues addressing the problems i was having with my car. Not once did they ask who did the work previously. My car is heavily modified and the work was done by primarily one shop. They sorted out the bugs with no BS. They earned my trust and business. I was smiling from ear to ear driving it home. I stopped at a gas station for a bottle of water and when i jumped back in it started!! Believe me sometimes this wasn’t the case. I also had them install a center console with cup holders and navigation screen. GAME-CHANGER!!”

“Bill is a man of his word, work was completed as promised and on time, unfortunately I needed the vehicle back within a few days and communicated that with their team. They expressed that they’d do their best, which they certainly did! It’s not always that projects go as planned but he understood the process with confidence and had his team execute the repair. The repair included straightening and pulling a dent across 2 body lines. Roughly the size of a hand, then painting and blending due to the paint damage. Having multiple shops look at vehicle this was the shop that gave me no run around. Very impressed by all the staff, thank you!”

“There’s no words to explain my immense gratitude towards Chris and his team. I’m sure my accident, and timeline it took to have the claim processed was one for the books. Chris from the beginning, took the time to explain in detail, what to do and how to move forward regarding costs and insurance. Let’s just say the at-fault party’s insurance was trying to short me over $10,000 on a huge claim. We won, with some help, and had them pay out all original OEM parts and had my vehicle fixed to its original state. Just how every vehicle should be repaired. From start to finish, my claim took about six months and Rainbow made sure to communicate every step of the way. This whole situation was a huge headache, but Chris having the professionalism and knowledge of an attorney, made this process more at ease. I highly encourage this shop to anyone who is considering having any sort of repairs done to their vehicle. With doing lots of research and narrowing down my shop of choice, an “insurance preferred” shop is never the route to take. If myself, or any of my friends or family were to ever experience another accident (I hope never), I will be sure of only taking our vehicles to Rainbow. My RT looks brand new again! “This was my first experience with having auto body repairs and it could not have gone better. My brand new car was damaged on the rear bumper and back panels when another car rolled into it at the carwash. It was subtle damage, but there was quite a bit of of it. I picked it up after about a week, and I'm happy to say that it looks amazing--just like the day I got it! I could not have been more relieved when I saw the beautiful, like new again, condition of my car. Thank you to Rob, Lillian and the other technicians who may have worked on my car. “I just picked up my 30 year old 4-Runner and had the wax undercoating installed. I checked all of the businesses that did this type of undercoating and settled on Spraytech mainly because of the details of the process they use to do the undercoating. Before I even start on what a GREAT job they did, I want to share on how impressed I was with the manager, Martin. He is without question, one of the most honest and genuine people I have met in my lifetime. When the truck was first up on the rack, Martin showed me briefly how they remove the rust and I was able to get a video of the needle scaler being used.
