He met with us off hours -did prearrangements -lead us thru all the steps and gave us a check list to make sure we had everything-he was just so kind and understanding. The night we needed him he drove almost an hour at eleven or twelve at night had to drive back and be on the road again very early to serve another family and never ever had a negative attitude about anything-he was very kind and polite with moving my mom -I was so very impressed with his professionalism-even with that late night he arrived dressed in a full suit and had soothing comfort for us -before leaving asked and let me say goodbye in such a private kind manner. It was just such a comfort and sense of relief and respect with Mike that it made saying goodbye less painful and we are grateful knowing he took care of her to her final resting place. We appreciate and thank everyone at Perfetti-Assalley for everything they did-you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help you take a family member home.”
