Don't bother making any big purchases from Arhaus if you expect quality products with good customer service to back it up. We purchased two cabinets back in November of 2021 and we were told that due to delays we would not be receiving our cabinets until the first week of April. Well April came and past May came and past and we finally received our cabinets in June of 2022. But when they arrived one of the Cabinets had a cut as if a box cutter went straight across the front of the cabinet. Immediately I emailed pictures of the damaged product to Arhaus and the response I received was that they were short staffed but someone from their team would be reaching out to me soon. Well it's been a few weeks since we received the damaged good and still no contract from Arhaus. We are disappointed to say the least as this is a quick phone call that would resolve our problem and concerns, but it's obvious that they care nothing about customer service as their job is done with the sale. We will do whatever it takes to get our damaged items replaced, but we do not want anyone to go through what we went through with Arhaus.

After waiting 7 months for my table and dining chairs, the assembly crew left after destroying the table. It was wobbly and the dining chairs pushed in on one side differently then the opposite side, and drilled holes into the top of the table. The Crew left and I called for someone to come inspect the completely damaged table. That person declared it to be totaled and it would need to be re-ordered. I am still waiting on the replacement table and have received one email saying there was an expected arrival date sometime in January. As I didn't hear any updates I called the store and the person I spoke with said it's now expected mid-march. It was odd how he thought it was humorous as to how long I've been waiting for the table. So 14 months later and I have yet to receive my table. I have purchased several pieces from this store, unfortunately I could never recommend to a friend or family member. From customer service to assembly crew it has been horrible.

I love Arhaus!We are currently furniture shopping for almost our entire house. Our first stop for furniture shopping is always Arhaus. The representatives are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions. However, we definitely have a favorite Sales Rep at this Arhaus S.Barrington location - Her name is Rissa! She has helped us with designing our space and measurements; displayed how all the furniture will fit in our house etc... We bought our family room (custom order) and dining room furniture from this location along with some lighting; and are strongly considering buying more to add to our delivery! Also, delivery times for custom orders are better than most other places, most items were 12weeks and under. I mean how can you NOT like Arhaus?! However, are they Pricey?? YES, but we're willing to spend for quality sturdy (real) furniture.
