we liked wendy- she did a good job with my toddler's hair. too bad we cant bring her to nyc with us! $27 for a haircut. Booking every 15m is way too tight though and does not make sense. You can't do a kid's haircut in 15m while expecting parents to be exactly on time...have 30min slots per kid.

I’m very disappointed on this place. I used to like it, so I was bringing my kids regularly. However, on the last 2 appointments (made online), they came out with a story and stated that “ for some reason the appt wasn’t booked in their system”. Despite me showing a screenshot and confirmation of the appt, they refused to see my kids. I’m a single mom, my son had an event on the next day and I had to leave my job early to make it to the appt but they couldn’t care less. I will never go back to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know…the service is ok but customer service is a very important component for me…

We have been taking my toddler son to this location for 3 years. All the stylists we have seen have been very patient and kind with my very scared and screaming son. However, we recently started consistently seeing Wendy the past few months and my son finally didn’t scream this past weekend! She was so calm and patient with him. She knew the right words to say to make him comfortable. Thank you Wendy for the great haircut but most importantly, your patience the past few months!

I've been bringing my daughter here for years, and the stylists are always friendly and great with kids...and also give fantastic haircuts! Sitting in the car chair (even if it is getting a little small!) with a tablet to keep her entertained is a big hit and makes the hair cut go super smoothly. Getting a mini braid and some hair glitter at the end also sweetens the deal. My only issue with the KidSnips experience is the website, which for some reason doesn't want to let me make appointments, but at least I can see when times are available and then call and make one. They're good at picking up the phone and helping me find a good time either way. I would recommend KidSnips to anyone, even if you're a little worried about your kid sitting through a haircut successfully. If anyone can help you out, it's KidSnips!
