Had trouble finding the right paint color, and unfortunately my first attempt today didn't turn out as expected. I called the store, and they encouraged me to come back so they could adjust the color by adding more pigmentation.
Dustin went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. He took the time to compare and understand what I am looking for, made the necessary adjustments, and helped me achieve the perfect color I was looking for. I am a returning customer for a couple reasons: 1) their paint is high-quality, and 2) I have had great experiences with the team that works here. There are usually coupons or specials going on and you can find them online on the Sherwin Williams websites. If you're shopping for paint, and there isn't a sale that day, just wait a few days because they typically have a 30% sale that pops up every month.”

A huge thank you to Olivia and her coworker who worked the following day. They are true professionals who really know their products. They took the time to explain everything, show me different options, compare paints, and clearly explain the differences between the less expensive and more expensive choices.
What I appreciated most was their honesty. They don’t simply try to sell you the most expensive product. They listen to what you need, explain the differences, and help you make the right choice while also helping you save money.
They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. After visiting several other stores, I completely understand why this location has so many great reviews.
