I used to LOVE the double dough pizza. It was huge which was great because I buy pizza for the dough. We recently ordered a double dough after having not had it in a long time due to my daughter being a picky eater. I was very let down. The double dough was regular dough. Compared it to Papa John’s leftovers from the other night and they were the exact same although Papa John’s only cost $8.99 vs $15.59. Although, taste wise, it was still good.

These are the same pizzas. You'd never know it, they even tasted different. We always used to order their Sicilian pizzas. These were terrible. Burnt and just dough. Never again.

I put in my order for pickup…when I arrived at the restaurant all of the girls at the front were on their phones. One stared blankly at me and eventually asked for the name… no greeting… zero customer service …she put the receipt on the counter for me to sign.. and went on to something else… another person put my food up on the counter a little bit later.. she didn’t even look up… zero words …ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I get home and I’m missing part of my order.. I called.. regardless of picking it up again or delivery it would be at least another 20 minutes… all of our other food would be cold by then…Rude… ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE…Go anywhere else but Bravos.. the food isn’t that great to be treated so horribly

Horrible customer service.. picked up my order… no greeting … sour attitudes… on their phones… missing food…. Under cooked food…. the food isn’t that great for the staff to be that horrible… go somewhere else… anywhere else !!!

Food sucks after new owners took over. Over cooked fried fish ? and food was warm not hot. Dad couldn't get a hot cup of coffee... they said they would make a fresh pot but didn't. Can't even warmup coffee in the microwave? Gave up after 2nd try...

Used to be my go-to place for pizza. Quality has dimnished. Plus , this was the third time in a row they got our order wrong. Arrivederci Bravos. You have lost us as a customer.

Food was dry and cold. I asked the waitress to replace my cold fries!She agreed and came right back with a smaller plate of fries than i orignally had. They were over cooked!Needless to say but we wont be back!

Prices have become outrageous. Med 3 topping pizza $22.00. Ordered an entree that was supposed to come with soup or salad yet they charged me $5.99 when I chose soup. It was take out because they now charge a $10.00 delivery fee. Shame because their food is usually decent.

Goodish food, good people, average prices....edit...after eating there fairly often over the last 6 years, I'd say the pizza is not good...everything else still is...pizza sauce has a weird taste, some spice in there that kind of ruins the taste..we both agreed , and threw it in the trash...wish they would fix the sauce, we need a good pizza place locally.-------edit again -----new owners took over, food quality is going down... ordered 4 piece walleye, 3 pieces matched, one was 1/2 the size with different breading....come on...not rocket science.. spaghetti sauce boring as hell...been going here 7 years.... about done ... cashiers act like they are doing me a favor, taking my money...not like it used to be unfortunately.
