When there's an issue with your service that THEY provided, they act like they don't understand our English, but quick to understand our money we're forking over to them. I don't like the I have on my nails so wanted to get it changed, mind you have a fill and polish yesterday. They color isn't the same as what's displayed, so I went today to have it changed. They told me it's $25 JUST to get a polish change that wasn't right in the first place. When I just paid $50 yesterday.They've lost a customer!

Terrible service! Never going here again! They were so rude! The atmosphere was so negative! Coco nails is not the same anymore! I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! 👎

I was looking for a salon closer to me and I found this. Thought of giving it a try the first time. Ken who did my nails did a fantastic job. And will be my go to salon from now on. Went back today and had the Ombre design and Ken was able to copy the reference photo I wanted. He did a good job. Will be my go to Salon.
