The people they hire are absolutely trash, the attitude and that they never ask for member cards even when its in my hand! Foods always out and the fountain machine never works. If you dont like your job or doing it right go get a new one! By far the worst gas station in town!

No one at the check out counter. Me and another customer waited and kept calling someone towards the door behind the counter. After a few minutes the “manager” comes from outside and walks in with a guy that was just smoking right outside the door. She goes behind the counter and the guy hand her a cell phone to charge. She takes her time to plug in the phone. I proceeded to ask her if she can charge me for my two bottles of soda. She replies. I am the only one here, I can only do so much. I tell her: I am buying something, this guy is just asking you to charge his phone. We have been waiting for a while already. Cashier starts giving attitude because I ask her to charge me for my purchase. She takes my soda away while I have my card inserted to pay. I asked, You are not going to sell me the soda? She says, no. I am not going to argue with you. You can leave or I will call the police. I ask her, let me talk to your manager. She says, I am the manager. I ask, what’s your name? She says, it doesn’t matter. I left without my soda and told her that I would call corporate. Before I left out the door, the guy that was behind me just stands there, and I tell her that the gentleman needs to pay for his stuff, she turns around. I AM VERY DiSSAPOINTED
Store is in South Beloit, Illinois on Shirland Avenue.

$7.06 for a gallon of milk that was on the shelf labeled $2.99. FasMart should be ashamed of themselves.

This store has gone absolutely down hill. The only reason it even gets one star is because I can't give it zero.Management is always stealing, being very rude and inconsiderate to customers, not Professional at all, nor do I believe they are properly trained based on their actions to be in a management position. The employees are always on their cell phones or smell like weed,x they don't know simple math, it always takes ages to get checked out, Everytime I go there, im waiting 5 minutes in line for 4 peoole They allow homeless people to pan handle and pay them in tall boy beer to sweep the lot. The gas is always marked much higher than surrounding gas stations. If it weren't for Rhonda that store would fall apart as she is the only one that does anything. Everyone else never leaves the register unless its to get free soda, or to go out and cigarettes and weed seventeen times a day.This is not how this store used to be, and I understand times are hard and good workers are hard to come by, however settling for less than that is not okay. The top of the cake for me in the past was when I reported incidents and nothing got done, I reached out to the owner Ari of GPM investments. He didn't even know what fas fuel or fas mart was. Lol

Whoever was working the night of Sunday December 11th 2022 at about 10:45pm needs to be fired. His attitude is completely unacceptable and multiple times I come in there this guy is nowhere to be found or out side not doing his job. And for whatever reason won’t do any transactions until after 11pm.

Whenever I go in here they are always friendly and easy going. I always go to this store and a lot of the cashier's and I are on first name basis.

A few emploees are rude, unprofessional and lack at doing their job.. The assistant manager Michelle is most definitely unprofessional and i plan on reporting her to corperate, she has no business dealing with public. Its not appropriate for customers to get treated poorly and something needs to change. I DO not recommend fasmart on shirland ave.

Cashiers are rude. They argue with customers in front of other customers about how the customer requested their items rung up. Manager very unprofessional and told the lady well I will split it up this time but I don't have to serve you. The customer was doing nothing wrong. How is requesting your transaction split up an extraordinary task to request? I hope that someone does something about it. The female employees are awful!
