1st to the other reviewers so ignorant of you to rate this shop on the condition of the city road! And BTW go into a real city there are much worse. If you want the road fixed though take it up with the city weirdos!
Anywho, about the shop. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It went as expected and the owner of the shop even gave me a ride while they worked on my car. Correct they don't have a waiting area other reviewer, but that cuts your cost so whats more important.
I appreciate shops like this who don't try to sell you everything under the sun. If that's what you prefer there are definitely some shiny shops for you. I prefer a shop like this that fixes your car, talks to you like a neighbor/friend, and doesn't take any opportunity to scam you.

Butch was amazing helping us with our repairs needed while on vacation. Sherry was able to get us in and make sure we were back in track in no time. Definitely recommend!!

1st time dealing with Butch & Brian.... we brought our car in for 2 repairs and they found 2 other problems in the making. So they got it all done for a reasonable cost, BEFORE the issues got worst and would cost much more! Thank you guys!!! And you bet, well be back there again in time!

Butch and Bryan have always been fair in their pricing for work. Anytime I needed something checked on a vehicle this was my first stop! The only complaint I really have is their location is a little hidden and the roads are awful, but what can you do I'm sure that's the city at its finest not handling what they should...
The main reason for my 3 star review is not only the roads, but the actions of the owners wife starting drama in family posts to stuff that never happened. This doesn't affect me telling you guys to go there at all. But I tend to stay away from Drama, and Sherry is just like my mother. Drama.

Great service reasonable prices. Only downside is South Beloit s terrible roads in the area. If you have suspension problems I recommend getting towed in.

Just wanted to give a positive review to Hogan's auto repair. They have always helped out with my car and have been very amazing. Price is very reasonable. Always go to them for my car needs.

This summer? I had a lot of issues with my 99 Ford Van. A lot of places wont-work on it because of the size they had no issue getting it in and taking care of it And they're prices are a reasonable.
