The main benefit is that this facility is remotely operable. I was scheduled with another Uhaul storage place but their hours didn't work for me and I had a 26' truck to drop off.
Similarly, the main drawback is that there is no one here. The gate is left open a lot. While convenient, why have a gate?
Navigating to the far units is difficult, both because they are condensed on the map and because they give you a tiny space on either side to slip through.
As far as bang for the buck goes, I'd say you get a lot for the money. The added loft was great for keeping extra things out of my way. High ceilings, plenty of space. Just don't get caught needing staff and you'll have a great time.

There is no one there onsite. The gate is usually open all the time and then it was closed and we got no notice of needing a gate code to get in or out. I end up calling and got one to get in well it didn't work when I was trying to leave I had to wait for some one to come let me out. Not to mention when you call this number on google it is not there direct number all you get is a automated person about the truck rental nothing about the self storage then you have to be transferred to customer service who puts you on hold while they try to find you speak with because they don't even know. Definitely wont be using them anymore. This is ridiculous.

Turn your flood lights down. There aimed onto road and very blinding. I couldn't even see ahead of me cause your LED lights are violating local ordinance codes. Resolve the issue so I don't have to call City Hall and file report.

This place is awasom, reserved a unit, and when we needed another made a phone call and they directed us to the next unit , they had extra locks on hand , and was able to get in and out quickly.. large lanes for big trucks well lit for after hours use... the units seamed secure... was a good use of money...

Got locked in yesterday when I stopped at 645pm and tried to leave around 730pm. I didn't know passcode and had to call. Since UHaul took it over it has gone from 55 to 60 to 69 a month with security but way too high for me. We are getting out of there this summer!

I've been at this location before and got great service. Today (5/16) I tried to pick up a van I reserved a few days ago but the office was closed and locked during open hours. Spent over an hour on the phone only to find out I had to reschedule because there's no way to get keys. I just canceled the reservation and probably won't be back. I can understand if you have a medical emergency or something and can't have an employee there, but maybe let someone with a reservation know?

These people are never in the office in any location. I think they do it on purpose so you lose your belongings. Locks are hard to get off on the prairie hill one and roscoe ...pass codes didnt work. My daughters dad knew the guy that owned this before u haul took over
