The mass here is reverent. Always a thoughtful homily and the music is a mix of recognizable traditional hymns. There is a communion rail for receiving on the tongue but no judgement if you want to receive standing and in the hand.

Where do I begin? I usually never leave reviews, but this experience really shook me and everyone should be warned about Father Pavino. I had a horrible experience with my child’s baptism. It was to begin at 930, and we were running behind schedule And arrived at 940. While waiting for us to arrive, he was scolding my guests regarding the time and threatening to cancel the service. I understand being late is not ideal, but it was only ten minutes. The way he acted was as if we were an hour late to the service. I feel there was a better way to handle the situation. Show some compassion during this time that is supposed to be a monumental moment in my child’s life. Once we arrived, there were no pleasantries or greetings. He stood shaking his head. The office is completely unorganized to say the least, and had lost our paperwork on multiple occasions. The baptismal service actually concluded without one of the Godparents ever being invited to the altar. As you can imagine, the shock of not having an expectant Godparent involved in the service was very upsetting to all. I left in tears, and not of joy. Needless to say, we won’t be stepping another foot in this parish again. I guess this is how he “welcomes”people to the Catholic faith. A complete disservice to the parish and community.

A Catholic church that emanates reverance to our Lord. More traditional with a kneeling rail.
