I really enjoy the truck that i got from
Stateline auto sales we where able to get an approval for the truck loan very quickly the process took a awhile but we where able to get things done very friendly staff that work there would recommend

Fast and easy to get approved. Plus quick and easy to walk away with the vehicle you picked. Great selection of vehicles and they are willing to go the extra mile to get that vehicle up and running in tip top shape for you just because your a valued customer, with no extra charge! Would highly recommend! This isn't your average run of the mill dealership in Illinois, they are a cut above the rest. Just go down and see for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed! Due to the reviews I was very skeptical..I started talking to Jim who made me feel comfortable from beginning to end! He was absolutely amazing and I drove off with a Chevy traverse. This company is under new ownership so it’s much better! He went over and beyond for me. Please do check them out!

I enjoyed my experience at Stateline Auto Sales today. The customer service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgable, the description of the car was honest and accurate. Quality car at a reasonable price. A+ experience.

Seems decent enough but they want far too much money for vehicles with pretty severe issues that they try to compensate for with a free warranty rather than adjusting the price of the vehicle. A free warranty is great, but Im not willing to pay nearly $10,000 and risk a transmission going out on me in the middle of a drive just because it has a warranty. That being said, I only looked at one vehicle and Id be willing to give them another chance based on the other reviews Ive seen. Just depends on their stock and if what Im looking for is in decent shape mechanically.

This is the second review i am leaving, he asked me to delete the first one awhile back. Here I am once again.
This place is a joke. Tae seems like a nice individual, but he is not a good man.
I bought a 2007 Ford Edge for $7,500 and he was not interested in lowering the cost. I bought this vehicle on January 1, 2023 THIS SUV WAS SUPPOSEDLY FULLY INSPECTED - within the first month I was having issues, month 2- still issues, month 3 he finally had his friend Pauly look it over in Rockton at a shop. I am not sure what Pauly did exactly and Tai wasn't very helpful on me finding out - i know it was a stabilizer bar and something else (but hey keep reading, it only gets better!). Something sounded off like a ball joint (and i only know this because prior issues with a different vehicle i had) but me being a woman, they took advantage of that - fully. I let them know numerous times within the timeframe i was given before I couldn't complain anymore. and nothing was done, and also let them know I have children and the vehicle needs to be safe
FOUND OUT my vehicle has to be junked due to the following - catalytic converters, the starter, strut assembly on both sides and rear, drive shaft, sub frame is rotted, stabilizer bar, trans mount, ball joints, sway bar, shocks and i am sure i forgot a few other things.
THIS IS NOT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON A VEHICLE for having a vehicle less than 2 years-
DO NOT, I REPEAT - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I bought a ford edge from these guys, 12 days later the engine blew, they had the car for 2 months. 7 days after getting it back the transmission blew! So out of my pocket i paid for the transmission to get replaced, the struts, upper and lower control arms, breaks ,calipers, pads, CV shafts, rear shock and springs, tires, i had to buy my own spare tire and jack , new ECM all totaling nearly $20k i have since hired an attorney and i am suing stateline auto.

I highly recommend Stateline Auto. I bought a great vehicle from them. I was treated extremely well. The service I received was top notch. My vehicle was delivered showroom clean. Will buy from them again.

We recently purchased a beautiful pickup truck for my husband. We were both so pleased with the service and treatment that we both received. I have plans to purchase a car in the next few months. We will definitely be purchasing it from State line Auto. We were treated like family!

I couldn't imagine getting a car from anywhere else. Tae has been amazing from start to finish. He really heard us out, helped us, and got us on our way with our new Kia. I can't say this loud enough: If you need a vehicle, PLEASE check out stateline first. You will not be disappointed!
