Highly recommend Tony’s! Was stuck on the interstate with a blown tire with my husband and 5 year old. They were to me within 30 minutes, towed it to the tire place, and even made sure my car was locked and keys got to the right people. Would use them over and over again! These guys are real bros. U-Haul, however, is a garbage company run by garbage people. Tony's helped me out when U-Haul wouldn't. All my homies hate U-Haul but love Tony's.

Towing serivce on second shift and third shift needs to take a course on customer service! Very rude and disrespectful! Telling us to get! We can't stay on their property all night. Move, get he kept yelling while my brother in law was trying to get the cash they had just informed him he needed to get his car out of tow. We left got the cash. He threw the key and papers to release the car and his receipt and told him to get! Just leave! Had to call police for third shift harrrasing me! Reported to South Beloit Police how 2nd & third shift(are brothers) treated us. But mainly how 3rd shift harressed me while I was parked across the street. Please know that when The Rallo's owned Tonys(when it used to be a full gas station, repairs and towing) It was the best then. Whomever bought the business and keep Tonys name to draw and keep people isn't the best as when The original Tony service Station( Rallo's). Shame on how they tarnish the Rallo's quality and customer service.
