“Curt was amazing! He helped me pick out double French doors and was extremely patient with me. He worked with me for over an hour to ensure the doors were perfect for what I needed. He went above and beyond! Coming to Home Depot can be stressful for someone that does not typically do home renovations, but Curt took all of the stress away and sat down with me to answer all of my questions. “My experience was top tier. I had no idea on how to pick granite countertops. Ms Terri was amazing. Her professionalism and positive attitude made everything better for me. She gave her professional opinion and examples on the quartz and granite durability. I was so unsure and frustrated walking into the Home Depot. I had been to other stores and felt overwhelmed. Ms Terri had me leaving confident and with an appointment for new countertops. Honorable mention to Ms Tara too. She is a customer service super star too. Thank you ladies.”

“The delivery driver Mel is awesome. Always helpful and polite. He goes over and beyond and very thorough.I also love how the staff inside the store handles transactions with my mother Mrs Brewer. They make sure she gets what she needs. My mom can be a handful and they remain patient and curtious at all times. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great job and keep up the good work! “I stopped by Home Depot because I am recovering my kitchen floor. Surprisingly, the home improvement department was not that busy. This incredible young men name Bret provided me with outstanding service. He helped me pair and match tiles to a sample I provided. He also made several calls to different stores in search of a tiles. Bret was also honest when he did not think a tile would match. It has been a long time since I have received this kind of service. I just like to acknowledge a job well done.”

“I come here at least 4 times a week now since I moved down the street. The customer service is great and they have a large variety of items and a lot of great clearance items daily. They also have an amazing garden center. So much to choose from and everything is well taken care of and great quality plants, herbs, vegetables and trees. The only reason I will knock off a star is because sometimes I go around 7 pm And the parking lot lights don't come on ! It gets very dark and it's not in the best location. I've seen the place get robbed twice and Ive seen a cop chase someone out of the store before, too! Please fix the lighting ! I want to feel safe at my favorite store. Menards next door is very well lit”
