The previous owners did provide some information on the services performed.
After a year of operation it was time to have the unit serviced.
Based on the reviews I contacted GTI and they updated their schedule to a morning service call from an afternoon appointment.
I did a video call with my wife and was able get answers to my questions of concerns as she watched the process happen.
A control sensor was bad creating potential damage to the battery.
The service and repairs were completed and I plan to use this service team in the future.

He had a lot of demand from multiple customers and even other workers in the yard and was helping us all out while keeping a great attitude. I was looking to purchase an item I found online but could not seem to find it anywhere in the store, she was quick to help track it down and was so thoughtful and kind to do, so especially during a very busy day. When she could at first not locate the item I said it was okay to leave it, but she persisted to help me anyways and ended up finding my item promptly. She is someone who goes above and beyond for others. Thank you!!”

“Has nearly everything you need when you own a home. If not they can order it! Quick self checkout is great for small limited items.
But their return Lady is annoying, definitely needs rotated off the customer service team, she's too wound up and takes ANY conversation or words as an offense.
Had 2 interaction in a week with this woman, 1st one she accused me of returning an opened used product. When CLEARLY it was still factory sealed, just the product paper was shifted around for whatever reason. The she told me that I should not have bought this item and picked a different one. WHY? Its sealed, nothing wrong with it. Didn't need it so returned. In the end she begruntling accepted the return.
2nd time I returned 1 simple item CLEARLY unused and she had no problem with that, but a simple conversation set her off again.
I'll be returning products in the evening until she's gone off morning. OR a manager will be responding next time.

“I have no problems with Steger or Cal City Aarons. Their staff are respectful and accommodating. The dryer has issues with leaking oil on my clothes. However, it came from another location. They are all great!”
