Giving 2 stars because I do like Marco and the younger young lady they have always been nice and helpful to best of their ability! I will go back if I can deal with them. The older young lady who can deal with business accounts is nice however you should never make a customer feel rushed or un-answered or uncertain about their money smh. Won’t visit this location anymore unless I just have to and when I do I will only deal with certain people behind the desk. She rushing to leave helping me for an interview with her “manager partner lady” like I’m not important. That interviewer ain’t going nowhere if he want that job. Customers are first right?

After 20 years of banking there , they will not cash my 5/3 payroll check . I have checking, saving,and credit card with them . Time to move close out things. Don't banking there.

When I always asked to speak to someone they never answer I literally called in different days and different times “then are always too busy” And when I call back on a different time they already close by that time ?

Worst place you can ever come to worst customer service Brittany whatever her last name is worst attitude ever! Plus she was not even doing the service correct!!! I’ve been with fifth third for years but this kind of attitude is not acceptable. I hope her attitude gets fixed! And I hope they don’t continue to ask couples to walk in one by one because other locations don’t even have metal detectors but here. I always walk in with my kids at the banks but here I feel like I can’t even do that it is definitely not family friendly.

30 minutes in line. "No thank you for waiting". Consistently slow service. If our loan was not with them, would have closed accounts out many years ago.

Poor Customer service I was in business drive thru lane no other customers present it took them 23 minutes to finish a transaction that normally takes all of 5 min the tellers along with manager on duty talking laughing very unprofessional ...

The ATM dispensed 20$ less because the bill got stuck in the machine, I had to wait 30 days before my bank credited the funds back. I was told this happens often. Be careful if using the ATM and count your money before leaving!

I Felt unimportant while I was trying to do transaction inside the bank the teller was texting and laughing at the same time trying to take of my business. I just looked at her.

Fifth Third is an awesome bank. I love the small bank feel with the large bank benefits. I have been banking there for a few years now and I have only witnessed services improving. I have reccomended this bank to my family members because of my personal experience and the way their staff exceeds my expectations.

They was suppose to be opening an account for me through my job but they have not contacted me on an update but yet he has my personal information along with others. Bad bad bad bad customer service. Never answer their phone never return phone calls and by the way it's only been 2 weeks since John said he was gonna open my account. But I will happily go over to another bank because I can't work with a bank that don't answer the phone!!!

Horrible customer service. Trying to clear up and old mortgage. They ignored my letters. Tried calling but get put through an endless voicemail loop. It appears there are no actual employees at this location.
