Great customer service! Very clean spaces! Chris signed me up for my first unit and Susan helped me transfer over to a more accessible option. They were both so helpful and accommodating to my needs as a business owner that requires access a little outside of the norm. Susan’s attention to detail was on point making sure the unit was spotless before I moved over to the new location. She was an absolute delight to talk to and went above and beyond for me!

Mrs susan is a gem. Ive been using this storage facility for about a year and decided to downsize since i no longer need a super large storage. Mrs susan had all the paperwork ready to go when i arrived and i was in and out and started moving my things, about an hour into moving i realized that i underestimated my needs and needed to choose a different size but it was already passed office hours and raining very hard. Mrs susan had already locked up for the day and was on her way to her car but amazingly she turned around and reevaluated the availability of a different unit, show me the unit, and did the paperwork again for a third time all after hours with a genuine smile and care. In my 46yrs i am very very thankful that mr susan put aside her personal time for a strangers needs. This type of thoughtful and selflessness is priceless especially in todays society. Thank you so much mrs susan

I am greatly impressed with the service provided by AAA Storage, Inc. The process to sign up for a storage unit was seamless and efficient. My monthly payment was easy to post. I ALWAYS felt safe!! The facility provided on-site staff, security cameras, chain-linked fencing and electronic gate coding. If you have items that you care about and that you want to be kept safe, use AAA Storage, Inc.

AAA storage is a great place if you need a storage facility. It is incredibly clean and they offer climate controlled units. The office manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and takes care of all your storage needs.
