The two young people at the front end of the store were extremely helpful today (Labor Day) with an on line order I was having trouble with. They were nice, professional and an asset to Ace.

Lead cashier Pam first told me I couldn’t make a return without a receipt. Had to remind her that it can be found with an Ace Rewards number. I don’t appreciate the hostility, especially since I used to work here and I know what’s expected. She didn’t meet that friendly standard.

I had purchased a bathroom heating fan about 2 months ago and electrician set it up. It would not work. Returned it to ACE and they replaced it with no problem. Very trust worthy store and helpful staff 👏

I purchased a can of paint and several other items to do a remodel job. It was after hours and when I went to paint the repair I had not gotten the paint shaken. So I did the mixing - stirring myself. Very carefully mind you. Well, it just wasn't perfectly mixed. So I went in today the 26th to get assistance. He refused to shake the can. It was opened! So! Don't you open it to check the color? Make adjustments to the color? Against company policy? Really! I just spent my last dollar in your store! Thank you Mr paint counter man for making sure I don't come back!
