They didn't have the part in stock but he was able to tell me what I needed looked at (I work an hour away and needed this fixed right away). Great experience! Highly recommend this location. “Supremely impressed with the paintless dent removal (PDR) and buffing work they did on my Outback. The April hail had make it look like a minor golf ball and I also had lots of white scratches on this black car from doing some charity work in a field where corn stalks had made apparently light but lots of noticeable damage. My 2018 vehicle looked new coming from Tredups in 2023 after fixing likely over 50 hail dings. That all the white scratches also buffed out with them was a dream.Customer service on phone and e-mail can be rather old school gruff and terse is the only thing to know going in. But credit where credit is due: the work would be every bit of 5 stars with more politeness in scheduling, insurance questions and interaction.”

“Just went there to get a insurance company required estimate. Took care of me right away. Tino and I went out to look at the damage to my car. He was friendly and through in the inspection. Went inside ask me to have a seat and give him 20 minutes to put together a estimate. Roughly 15 minutes later Tino came back with the estimate. I've have not had any work done there, but my daughter has and very satisfied with their work.”
