“I had a wonderful experience at McGrath Nissan in Elgin!! Ray was the one helping me find a car, I was told he was new but for being new he did an amazing job. David is the manager and he was so genuine and kind, he helped me make the best decision I’ve ever made and walked me through everything. Joe I believe is the financial manager, was very thorough, patient and so helpful through the process and so kind. Keith is the general manager and a phenomenal one, he was so helpful and reassured me through the whole process, super supportive. I cannot thank this team that worked with me enough!! I’m so truly grateful I stopped by and bought a car from a team who cares!! Buy your next car here!!!”

“Coming off a lease with my Crosstrek, Ed and I explored options for my next Subaru--when I test drove the new Outback-- I loved it, but didn't think we'd be able to put together a way to trade up. We did--and I'm loving my brand new Outback! Ed Troike goes out of his way to make your Subaru experience a positive one. Thank you, Ed!!!”

Tryston is great with communication and amazing customer service and explained everything so well. George is super knowledgeable in his work, and fair with pricing. The made sure to constantly update us with everything and they were very professional. The overall service was amazing and we will definitely be back for any further car service! “I did not have any actual done here so this is only to speak on my experience with the people of this wonderful shop. I took my car here after an accident and the insurance company had quoted the repair based on pictures and a video only. After getting the car apart, there was significantly more damage than anyone initially thought and the car ended up being totaled by the insurance company. This obviously isn’t great news when it’s a new (to me) car that I’d only made 14 payments on. The staff here were kind and attentive while they walked me through the steps needed. They provided bags to help me clean my belongings out my car and even apologized for the bummer of a situation. I’m very grateful to have interacted with such kind people during a very trying time!!”

“I have been a customer since 2010- the RL100. Yes, it was very very expensive for me at the time BUT within the first 30 days or so I got a ticket ( i didnt pay attention how to use it properly ) & k40 paid for it and ever since then nearly 15 years ago I have never gotten another ticket and it HAS saved me & served me VERY well ! I just recently got a new car and I was looking for the box that had everything in it and I found it except the power plug had been lost. I reached out to k40 and Lynette quickly replied to me within hours, seeing how they were closed at the time when I left a message, but she informed me she will send me for free both power cords so that I can get it installed again in my new vehicle. I have always recommended k40, it is well worth it & now with the new Platinum 100 I will be getting two more & am SO STOAKED !!!! THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS HAD MY BACK - Sincerely.... A Loyal customer & all his friends”

“I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and finally decided on a Ford Maverick. I found one online and was fortunate enough to be connected with salesman Arturo Camacho. Arturo was extremely helpful, friendly, and, most importantly, a no-pressure salesman. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The dealership does offer an upsell for ceramic protection, which I declined, so I would recommend doing your homework ahead of time. The Maverick had just arrived the day before and hadn’t yet gone through the pre-delivery inspection, so they weren’t able to have it ready immediately. Even so, they went above and beyond by putting a full tank of gas in it and delivering it right to my driveway the following day. Overall, I had a very positive experience. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend asking for Arturo. You won’t go wrong”

“I was rear-ended and brought my car here on recommendation from the Hyundai dealership for repairs. They made a stressful process into an easy one and I appreciate the quality of service I received especially from Rosa; she is truly an all-star at the shop! You can tell from the before and after pics that my car was filthy when I left it with them and they returned it back to me shiny and new. My only critique is this: if you have a newer car with safety sensors make sure they're all in working order before leaving. I had to bring my car back because that was overlooked but they were apologetic and got everything done and dusted within 24hrs of me dropping it back off again. 10/10 would bring my cars back here in the future if service was ever needed!”

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got the correct part for my machine. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. “My partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. Not to mention the great prices and deals compared to ones we've been quoted elsewhere. Happy customers here!”
