What is up with your McDonald's???!!! The service through the drive thru is horrendous. And if you go inside there is no one there. I have visited multiple of your locations with the same result. This is in the Hoffman/Schaumburg/Elgin area.

Why iǹˆ the world did you change the straws. Just to be cheap. Your prices are high anyway. The straws suck they are always broken because the hole on the lid is to tight. Never had a problem before. The employee also need to mark the tops so they give customers the correct drink. Very unhappy .
