This bank has been playing with me for the past 3 weeks. I did a mobile deposit on the mobile app from a check I got from my bank. They said that it went to the fraud department for investigation and they locked me out my account, suspended my debit card, and I can’t even login to my mobile banking app. 2 weeks ago I went to withdrawal my mobile deposit the same day it hit. They gave me my money. Now 2 weeks later I have another direct deposit and they’re saying I need that in my account to cover for the check. Why would I need that to cover anything when I never even received any funds from that check. Now they’re saying I have to wait until Monday and I had to call myself to figure this out. This bank is TERRIBLE. I will be closing this account immediately.

12 hours on the phone with 3 Customer Service Reps explaining how Harris had me open a new checking account. My Mortgage and car payment were retuned 2x because the Bank applied the charges to the old account even being written on the new account checks. The 4th customer Service Rep ….now says, “There are no notes in OUR SYSTEM OF YOUR CALLING”. What????She said she was going to Email her Supervisor and copy on her own phone what I have told her.I E-mailed 2 prominent people at the Bank , Public Relations being one.MY EMAILS DISAPPEARED AND I WAS BLOCKED, 3 Hours spent the next day at the Bank , repeating m story now for the 5 th time , watching BSF fees from Harris running down my phone screen, 70 years of age with a DNR in place due to Health issues.The next day….IT HAPPENED AGAIN and TODAY ……ANOTHER!!!!!!HORRIBLE! THEY TREAT 40 year Customers like that…….ERASE TGEIR COMPLAINTS AND EMAILS??????

I want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Emilie C. Thank you so much for helping me today with my credit card issues. I explained to her I hate calling the actual credit card hotline for bmo because I always get the same rude woman over the phone who hangs up on me. Thankfully my issues were solved by going in person and Emilie C solved it all within under 10 minutes. She was fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the amazing service located at this brach.

Very upset leaving this bank bc of unprofessionalism & argumentive Kate Nugid of how I was treated. Recieved a call from Emily my card was left in machine, good samaritan returned it. I was told to come in to get my card either I keep the old one or get a new one. Go next day to the bank they shredded my card without my consent. Kate didnt apologize say sorry for that, nothing only per policy I have to give u a new card. We cant give u the other card # bc the new card was not blackhawk. She said put ur code in not please, thank you, sorry. She should be fired for poor customer service.

I am sick and tired of the lack of service I have received after being loyal to this bank & its location. I had my card locked out at 4:30 today from a clerk's error and I couldn't get ONE person to answer the phone in over THIRTY minutes!!! Conveniently, they are closed now! After waiting on hold for the 800# ten minutes, it will finally be resolved. Your customer service stinks and my last several in house visits were a total let down. Simple old school rules....we are the customer & without any customers you're worth nothing. Plenty other banks to choose from.
