This branch has the most rude tellers and service people. Do not go there. Go to the Elgin location. I needed help changing my name and they refused to help me or even try to see how they could help. The simply say we can not help you and that is it. I went to the Elgin location and not only they took the time to hear me out but they were able to help me. Tellers at the South Elgin were very rude. By law they have to change your name if you are able to show all the documentation. Banks are one way of resident proof and bank are required to help with this.

Don’t bank with chase. Credit cards fine. But banking. Just don’t. No one helps. I’ve spoken to many people with different directions. No bankers in the bank. Go somewhere else.

I have worked with other branches in the past but the team at this location is amazing! Recently I set up a meeting to open an acc but upon arriving, the agent was busy however; Felicia stepped in and provided us with an amazing experience. She was super friendly, answered all of our questions and made the process painless and fun. She is a true representation of what good old customer service is all about.I will continue using this branch for my banking needs.

Been calling this branch for the last 2 hours. No one picks up and the automated message tells you to the call the 800 number. No one picks up there either. Been holding for 20 mins. Ugghhh...

Felicia D. Schwartz was not only helpful w correcting my banking funds, but also very compassionate. Felicia was very thorough with all my statements, she helped me one by one. Very confident in her work, and got straight to the point to help me. We need more of Felicia’s in the world. We all have been dealing with a pandemic and what Felicia did as a banker at Chase was greatly noticed and appreciated by me. Thank you!!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

I had several bad experiences at other branches working with a trust but I came in today and saw Kelly R one of the private client bankers and let me tell you, she was so good at her job so efficient. I wish the other 3 experiences were like this one. If Kelly’s supervisor is seeing this you really need to give her some recognition! She is your rockstar! Too bad they can’t all be Kellys. Thanks again for such an awesome experience !

I would like to thank Chase Bank and especially all the help from Felicia D. Schwartz at the Chase branch at 536 Randall Rd. In South Elgin and Sandie from Chase Branch in Complaint Escalation Group at the Chase branch in San Antonio Texas for solving a case of Fraud that I have dealt with since October of 2020. Thank you both for putting in all your time and believing in me with my case. I'm so relieved and grateful for finally closing this up.

This branch is always happy and polite. I have had several interactions with them on different occassions. I find them to be very professional. Very little wait, if any at all.
