“I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”

“CVS in the Target in South Elgin is so good. The people (including the pharmacists) are so nice and always helpful. I switched from Walgreens about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I get an unusual medication that isn’t used by anyone else, so it has to be ordered by the pharmacy each month (same for CVS and Walgreens). But CVS always orders it the week before my prescription is due. Walgreens didn’t do that and I always got it a few days late.”

“This is a follow up to my initial complaint. Their customer service followed up with me, addressed the issue and fixed it. Great customer service!!
I just went to pump 3 here and the machine took my card for a very long time and after the fact it chose the most expensive gas even though I didn't choose that one. I would stay away from pump number 3 it's broken. When I called the gas station and told them about it it was pretty much nothing they can do about it and they don't care.”

“After remodeling the store looks great and new team is working hard to recover the service. Look like full team is changed new team has good understanding and knowledge about what they are doing. It is very convenient while you drive around for you work and you have to get something quick to eat or drink.”
“The person who helped me when I picked up my prescriptions was very informative & kind courteous and professional in answering all my questions and needs. I liked how she asked the pharmacist to be doubly sure about a question I had and the pharmacist at the time has always been very kind and helpful & shares her time when I ask to speak with a pharmacist. I've noticed that particularly with this gal who assisted me with checking out my prescriptions (She had a unique hair color to help identify her) helps everyone she assists in the same exemplary professional manner. I assist family members including my mother with picking up prescriptions for them, some at other pharmacies but the high level of service I've seen from the gal who helped me and this pharmacy's staff is the reason I'll come back and also shop within the store. Compared to other pharmacies & staff in the area the Walgreens at 1201 W. Spring Street in South Elgin IL. Is the Best! I don't normally know how or take time to leave feedback or do surveys but I did not want their efforts to go unnoticed. If anyone asks me to recommend a pharmacy I'll advise them to go there because experiencing Her Excellent High level of service I feel comfortable doing so.”
“We came in today to take a couple of passport pics. The store was visibly understaffed, but Angie, who was staffing shelves at the moment, made sure we were taken care of and assisted us. She was very professional, friendly, and never complained about the obvious multitasking she had to juggle. The process took about 12 minutes for us to get the pics. Honestly, it was a great customer service experience, one that I haven't experienced in quite some time.
