“Whenever I come in here, I always have friendly smiles, welcoming staff today I decided to dine in at Laredo Taco an excellent staff member by the name of Paul assisted me he prepared my food with great pleasure, and I believe he should be recognized of his excellent performance to staff for doing an amazing job of handling the food and making sure, food is fresh.assisting multiple customers the representatives here at the store work really hard and making the washrooms and atmosphere clean the outside of the store is clean plenty of parking diesel for your trucks. Also, plenty parking for semi’s. Everybody at the store location from the morning time to the evening time go above and beyond.”
“I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”

“CVS in the Target in South Elgin is so good. The people (including the pharmacists) are so nice and always helpful. I switched from Walgreens about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I get an unusual medication that isn’t used by anyone else, so it has to be ordered by the pharmacy each month (same for CVS and Walgreens). But CVS always orders it the week before my prescription is due. Walgreens didn’t do that and I always got it a few days late.”

“Erica was the absolute sweetest employee ive ever met here.
I was making a larger purchase & she made sure to explain to me how to save money, add coupons etc.
This took a few minutes as i had to set up some things in my account but overall i saved over $20. She was incredibly patient & i very much appreciate how she took time out of her day to help me and teach me about the savings.
I will be back definitely now that i know how to actually use the coupons and shop there.
I hope CVS higher ups see this & give that woman a raise because without a doubt ERICA is the reason they will have a returning customer.”

“Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. They do what they can, and they try to be timely about it. If I have a problem I can speak to a manager or the pharmacist and it is resolved, or I get enough information to resolve it myself if necessary. I've observed several customers being too stupid to understand how coupons and discounts work, and then getting upset. This is the world now I guess, people just getting mad at other people because they themselves don't understand.”

It is very convenient while you drive around for you work and you have to get something quick to eat or drink.”
“The person who helped me when I picked up my prescriptions was very informative & kind courteous and professional in answering all my questions and needs. I liked how she asked the pharmacist to be doubly sure about a question I had and the pharmacist at the time has always been very kind and helpful & shares her time when I ask to speak with a pharmacist. I've noticed that particularly with this gal who assisted me with checking out my prescriptions (She had a unique hair color to help identify her) helps everyone she assists in the same exemplary professional manner. I assist family members including my mother with picking up prescriptions for them, some at other pharmacies but the high level of service I've seen from the gal who helped me and this pharmacy's staff is the reason I'll come back and also shop within the store. Compared to other pharmacies & staff in the area the Walgreens at 1201 W. Spring Street in South Elgin IL. Is the Best! I don't normally know how or take time to leave feedback or do surveys but I did not want their efforts to go unnoticed. If anyone asks me to recommend a pharmacy I'll advise them to go there because experiencing Her Excellent High level of service I feel comfortable doing so.”
