“I’ve been having a pretty hard time getting around since I Injured my knee earlier this summer. I need surgery on it, and need the electronic scooters to get around in store. Now many stores you go to, especially other large chains, do not have motorized scooters readily available. You typically have to ask around, stand and wait, and sometimes I have even left because stores have none available. At the Meijer in Elgin, there is a greeter at the front of the store name Toni/T”
“0 local stores pretty much the only store you're going to find on route 25 in St Charles in the valley but it's a decent store get all the booze you need with a nice little Mexican restaurant there on the right”
“My coffee machine recently broke, so I started stopping here for a cup before work. I thought it would just be for a few days, but it's been a month, and it's become part of my routine. Kristy rings me up every morning, and she's an absolute delight. It genuinely feels like visiting a friend, to the point where I feel bad if I miss a few days.
Maybe it's just me craving that small-town community feel, but the fact that I get it here should tell you everything about the atmosphere the staff has created.”

“I couldn't get the pump to work. I pressed the call attendant button. The woman that came out fixed it immediately, and was very friendly. Also, gas is usually cheaper here than at most places.”
“I’m unsure why this place has 3 star rating. They get a 5 star from me. I’ve been coming here for YEARS lmao. I think the staff are very polite. Their energy drinks are just as cheap if not cheaper than most stores. This place deserves some better reviews. They also have some pretty sick glass and good tobacco/nicotine selection.”

Just about everytime I see the guy that was working the register today, he can put a smile on my face. Very polite and professional but also not scared to have a laugh and Never seen him on his phone and this station has Never given me any gas problems. Often when I pay cash I’ll have to go back in to remind them I paid. Anyway thank you all for being kind and professional it’s always appreciated”

“I've been going here for a few years, and haven't encountered any issues. Cashier's do their job well, and the isles are well stocked. The place is small but has a good selection, and the rewards program is handy. I've never had issues with the employees unlike some other reviews I've seen.
Update: changed to 5 stars because I feel that the employees do their job very well and are always friendly and understanding, many convenient stores and gas stations can have rude employees but I always find that the employees here are efficient and understanding. A well stocked store with good employees is a 10/10 in my book.

“I was having ongoing problems with two other pharmacies and was getting very frustrated trying to get my prescriptions handled correctly. The pharmacy team at the Walgreens on West Main Street in St. Charles really went to bat for me and took the time to get everything straightened out.
A special thank you to Alyssa, Cameron, and the entire staff. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. It made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate the way they stepped in and took care of things when I needed help the most. Sincerely, they are the best!!”
