I called several times, and they hung up on me. They were insulting and unfriendly people. I asked questions about manufacturers, and they kept a secret from all that; they were changing my medicine without letting me know. They are unacceptable service, and customers and patients should be aware.

I have had too many negative experiences this past year to recommend this pharmacy. My prescriptions have taken way to long to get filled and I have had to do a lot of foot work calling my insurance company to get my medication. Unfortunately, my insurance dictates which pharmacy I have to use. I plan to switch to a different CVS and hopefully the customer care will be better. I am used to Walgreens and have never had the issues there that I have had at CVS. It stumps me that my insurance company would choose a pharmacy that is sub par.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I overheard the pharmacist say something about vaccine being expired but “it doesn’t matter” that’s ridiculous and illegal!!!! I walked right out it’s disgusting and outrageous. Definitely filing a report with the state. Do not go here

Stay away from this pharmacy. The entire staff including the pharmacy “manager” is completely unprofessional and borderline criminal. They never answer your questions and treat you like a burden or annoyance. They act like they’ve got better places to be. Never coming back here

It’s simply a no- brainer to buy and take advantage of all the savings that a CVS Care card provides. I save a lot more $$ than the annual card fee hands down! If you get it… just use it! I just got a $15. Item for slightly under $2. After discounts. Whoo hoo!

Normally a good experience. I just had the worst! Picked up 3 prescriptions the other day 2 were fine but a third one was miss labled as a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION and also only partially filled recieved 80 of 180! I went in today and ask for the pharmacist. Told her of a SERIOUS mistake that could have been made had I not known what the prescription looked like and also never recieved the actual amount due. Rather than apologize, she wanted to basically call me a liar by saying I had gotten the total and showed me a picture of what I was to get and again tell me I did get it! I DID NOT. BTW the fact the bottle showed the WRONG prescription that was inside was totally avoided by her! This could have been serious if the same happened to another and was given the wrong prescription. I am now awaiting a phone call as she looks at cameras to see what happened. She should have done that while I was there rather than insinuating I was lying! And trying to prove me wrong! I really had hoped it would have been handled professionally and admitted they made a mistake and apologize but that was not to be. I have used CVS for years now but this one only recently since the one I had used was closed. Never had an experience like this and hope not to in the future.

Pharmacy staff at location were ridiculous (including Pharmacy manager). First of all, they called me 15min late to my covid test appt. and then they told me to call my insurance to verify if they will cover the cost or not. It took me ~10ins to verify with insurance and then they told my appt is expired. My appt expired because they called me late inside. They did not do my covid test on that day and told me to come back next day. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

First time ever going to this cvs i usually go to the wallgreens across the corner. I had a coupon from my internet provider for 14 free pictures and went to pick them up. I told someone working i had pictures to pick up and she only had one envelope but i had two order so I said "I think there might be two under my name" and she said "well you need to let me know that because I'm just going off of what you tell me" in the snottiest voice. Its not that big of a deal. it took her less than 2 seconds to get the other envelope and then gave me attitude the rest of checkout. The pictures i recieved in both envelopes were blurry. I could draw the photos better than they were printed. Waste of my time and moneyTLDR: Bad customer service and dont print your photos here even if you have a coupon.

Dawn did a great job at helping me shop today, all around very polite, happy and helpful! Overall nice employees at this location, but Dawm stood out with her excellent customer service!

This review refers to the minute clinic & beyond.First I was scolded for arriving earlier than my appointment time.Then I was rudely welcomed into an office.Then I was informed that my insurance was unacceptable.This trifecta became a Superfecta when CVS tried to explain all that away, with a nonsense email from "the main office," or whatever.Take your business somewhere where people respect life

I was in here with my friends and a blonde lady kicked us out. We were going to buy something but she said “if you aren’t going to buy something then leave now” while pointing at the door. CVS needs to do better!

Went in on Saturday 7/23/22 & was told they were booked solid so she didn't want me to sign in as a walk in. She made appointment for Monday, 7/25/22 @ 10am. I arrive at 9:50am. Someone who had an appointment at 9:40am checked in 5 minutes after me. They took that person over me. I did not walk in her office until 10:53am.Totally unacceptable.
