I tried this place because it's convenient to me but unfortunately my no chip manicure is lifting after a week and a half. The other place I went to they lasted 3 weeks. I'm not sure I'll come back here.

They are NEVER on time even if you have the first appointment! You can count on waiting at least 15-20 after your appointment time and never get an apology for being late!!!! They are very clicky salon and WILL talk about you in Vietnamese (especially if you make a comment about them being late for your appointment) I was getting my nails done by an older woman and listened to this conversation with Vicki... all she did was complain about the amount of tips she gets, how she has to pay for her own supplies and how getting her hair done cost over $3,000.00 . The woman who was getting her nails done first had to argue with Vicki about the color she wanted on her nails then said maybe you should get a real job if you have such expensive hair. (She has blond highlights) The woman then said to her, I don't want to hear about your hair and the make believe prices and I'm not paying for your hair...... I'm paying for my nails and the quality work you do or not. () Oh but you can look forward to the owner answering your call and sounding like a 5 year old with her fake voice AND WHY DO THEY NEVER CLEAN THE SALON????? WITH ALL THAT NAIL DUST, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD CLEAN DAILY BUT THERE IS RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS OF DUST EVERYWHERE!!! It's just disgusting!!

I love the people that work in this nail spa. They're really nice and very accommodating. They do excellent work and I love the nail designs. They just remodeled and it's really nice and relaxing to go there.

Friendly folks, but FILTHY environment. Don't look too closely or you may get ill. material falling off chairs, anything padded, etc, cracking, peeling. Walls covered in plaster never finished rehab. nail dust everywhere - but worse, nails too. To make matters worse, my dip (which usually last 6 weeks) lasted 7 days. I would not recommend.

I had gone to this place so much, but each time I go back it gets worse and worse. If you have an appointment, it doesn't mean you'll be seen at that time, unless you show up when they open. They prioritize walk ins just as much as appointments. They rush through the nails, leaving you cut and bleeding, the dip is so thick. I asked for a white based on the sample, and it turns out it was actually nude somehow? I had the balls to say something for the first time, and they put no chip white on top of the nude so I had like 8 layers of nail polish on my hands, and they rushed while fixing it. I had polish all over my finger tips. They were speaking in their language in front of me after I complained so I felt super uncomfortable like they were talking crap about me. I said it was good, paid and left. Until I put my nails up to my wedding dress because I'm getting married this weekend, and my nails were YELLOW! I found another place that was cheaper, painted a sample nail for me to make sure I liked it, and did a beautiful job in less than an hour. I called them to talk about my dissatisfaction and how I was nervous to say something again about being unhappy and they told me to come in and get it fixed. Why would I want to go in again and risk being talked about again or having them messed up? I asked for a refund for my mani as the pedi I got was good, and they wouldn't do it. No refunds. Some of them are nice and know what they are doing, but I'm sad this one time couldn't be resolved how I preferred.
