Karen is an amazing staff member. She's always so kind and greets everyone. She deserves a raise for sure. Everyone there is awesome.

I come here often for getting cards and snacks for movie nights. It's the dollar tree so everything is cheap. A perfect place for last minute supplies or balloons, just don't be surprised if something breaks easily haha. Fair warning, do NOT come here on Christmas Eve... you will be standing in line for 30+ minutes!

When this location opened I did not have the best experience. A manager, with whom I do not see any longer, charged me for my items in which I completed the transaction, yet she wanted to re-charge me. Even after showing her proof of my purchase she attempted to withhold my items from me behind the counter. After refusing to let her charge me again, she “banned” me from the store in front of a line of customers. I had to reach out to corporate to resolve this issue and needless to say I still return to this location per the connivence of where I live. The store can still be a pain to navigate with boxes everywhere. Overall the staff is alright. Today, a young man whose name tag said DK (I believe) was working the register. He was by far the most pleasant employee that I have come across. He engaged with EVERY customer. He asked about their day and kept every conversation going and upbeat. It’s refreshing to see someone making the best of their customer service position. Dollar Tree, protect this kid because he’s the type of person that helps keep companies successful.

They sell a variety of things, from an ornament to a kitchen utensil. Sugary drinks, fried foods.

Typical dollar store with a good selection of general merchandise. I came to this store to get a Tracfone time/text refill card. The Gays Mills store is the only place in my immediate area that carries them.

Love this location! Steve was a pleasure although he was seemingly a "one man show". He was literally running back and forth between stocking and ringing out customers. He was the only one I saw the entire 40 minutes I was in there. Thank you Steve! I hope you see this! You're doing a wonderful job!

Terrible terrible cashier that’s all of 18 maybe with a face that doesn’t even make eye contact.. doesn’t welcome you, speak as she’s checking you out or gives you the total!! It’s a joke that fact that they’re are paying her to “work”..I bought 8 glass cups and watched as she put them all in one Bag like they were chips..!! I asked her for bags so I could seperate them so they wouldn’t break and she gave me the dirtiest look ever .!! I’ve purchased breakables before and never have they thrown them in a plastic bag!!! Don’t work in costumer service if you Don’t Have Costumer Service skills!!

Not enough employees to stock and organize things on the shelf. Hard to find things. Those that work there are kind and helpful, the just need more of them.

Standard size "dollar" store. Most items are $1.25 now, tho some cards are still just $1 (or two for a dollar).Aisles are usually pretty well organized and without trip hazards. But, because it's a smaller store, some items aren't in stock. Today, no soft drinks in the small fridges at front of store, for example. Another day, only tiny or huge gift bags; nothing midsize.Even so, some fun bargains. And staff has always been courteous and helpful in my experience.
