Somehow, this store has gone to a fulfillment center and I could not be more disappointed. Not only do you have to order everything online instead of talking to an actual person the hours to pick up your items "if they have them in" are 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and then there's the same window in the afternoon. For the prices they charge and the limited stock they have on hand you would think there would be someone at the store to sell you what you want. My company is right across the street and we used to spend a lot of money here, not anymore!Good luck Fastenal, I guarantee I am not the only contractor that feels this way...

Not impressed. My company has a national account spoke with Ryan he must be new. Couldn't answer my questions didn't offer to help gave him my business card! Thought he was going to reach out since I was told I needed to set up an account with his store! Which made no sense I have A national account! Offered to give my account number didn't want it. Told me to go online and order my pallet of water login in as a guest!!! The reason I went there in the first place nobody would return my detailed phone messages.

These guys are great, really go above and beyond what I believe other Industrial Suppliers would do. I have worked with this branch since August 2017 and will continue to do so. Extra special shout out to Garry - Thank you for going above and beyond every time you are here.
