I had a great experience at Gerber Collision thanks to Selena Rosales. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of.
They did excellent work fixing the paint on my white Mercedes GLK, but honestly, the real highlight of my experience was working with Selena. Car repairs are usually a hassle, but she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family, especially to work with Selena. She truly made all the difference!

I would give more stars, if it were possible! I had never been in an accident where I had to work with the other party’s insurance and I had never rented a car. I had a million questions about everything, but the staff at Gerber in South Elgin were wonderful. They patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and made the process as simple as possible. The repairs look great and were done early. will absolutely use Gerber in the future!
